高校学生住区生态化研究

【摘要】 二十一世纪是生态与可持续发展的世纪,是人类努力提高人居环境质量的世纪。在人居环境整个大的系统之中,高校学生住区是一个重要的子系统。随着我国科教兴国战略的实施,有越来越多的年轻人走进了大学校园,而学生住区环境改善和生态技术的应用就有着多重的意义。 论文在总结了国内外高校学生住区的历史沿革和生态建筑学理论的基础之上,分析了我国高校学生住区在生态环境上存在的问题,阐述了高校学生住区的人居环境的改善与生态观的建立与生态技术应用的关系,重点分析了高校学生住区整体规划和单体设计的生态技术原则,从学生住区的结构文脉、公共交往空间、整体居住环境、规划的生态方法、单体的综合生态技术应用、地下空间的开发利用、生态景观设计等多个方面,提出了多项“适宜技术”的生态技术应用措施,得出了就目前我国的国情应在高校学生住区设计之初采用多种“适宜技术”的生态设计手段,既能节约投资又能取得良好生态效益的结论。
