【摘要】 开放空间是城市空间环境建设的重要内容，在近年来我国城市建设发展速度不断加快的状况下，城市环境的品质越来越受到重视。对开放空间的开发与设计，是提高城市空间环境质量的重要环节，应将其放在城市整体空间中，给予全面系统的分析与研究；特别是诸如广场、小型绿地等分散于各区段空间内部的“点”状形态的开放空间，更需要结合城市空间中的其他相关要素，对其进行更加全面的多样化配置；在建立与城市道路、区域等其它结构要素的关系的基础上，建构“点”状开放空间在各层级空间结构上的整体形态，发挥“点”状开放空间的整体协同作用；此外，在研究城市空间结构的过程中，注重该外部公共空间的社会效应和社会意义，探求“点”状开放空间与城市内在结构有机结合的布局方法，发挥该空间场所积极的社会作用；再则，由于城市空间是一个有机体，其发展是一个不断生长演替的过程，所以需要将“点”状开放空间的布局结合城市空间演变的动态过程，对城市空间发展进行有效的控制与引导。 课题研究力图运用现代城市规划与设计理论、方法，对城市点状开放空间的布局原则与方法作出建设性的思考与总结。全文结构包括基础研究、实证研究以及规划设计原则与方法研究三大部分： 城市点状开放空间的基础研究部分，包括城市点状开放空间的相关概念与特征、基本属性，并明确界定了研究客体，引入了整体的观念和系统结构的研究方法； 实证研究部分，有实地调研和案例研究两部分，剖析城市点状开放空间的建设现状和问题的内在原因，再结合相关的城市规划实践案例，进行实例分析与研究，探讨规划布局方法的可操作性和现实条件下的可行性； 布局原则与方法研究部分，阐释了系统化、整体式的“核心—环节”的有机结构布局框架的建构，并从宏观到微观各层面，以空间的布局结构为重点，就城市点状开放空间的布局原则与方法进行归纳、总结与思考，并提出建设性的意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Open space is an important content of urban space and environment contraction. In these years, urban construction in our country is uninterrupted developed; the quality of urban environment has been attached importance increasingly. The development and design of open space is the important tache to improve the quality of urban environment. It should be analyzed and research on the urban integrated space. Especially the dotted like open space such as plaza, small greenbelt which are dispersed in interior space of each section is disposed diversely and overally through needing combining other interrelated element in urban space. On the base of establishing relationship among structural elements such as urban street, block, the integrated form of the dotted like open space at each lay on space structure is builded, and be given full scope of whole teamwork. In addition, in the process of studing on urban space structure, social effect and social meaning of exterior public space should be payed attention,the way of the layout of the organic integrating the open space in form of dot with intor structure of the urban should be searched for and the social effect of this space should be exerted actively.On the other side,as the city is a organism,it is a process of continuous succession,so it is necessary to integral the dotted like open space with the dynamic process of the evolvement of the city to make a useful control and intrudction of the development of the city.It is our purpose to make a constructive summarize about the principle and means of the layout of the dotted like open space of the city using the way of morden urban planning and design.There are three parts of this papenthe basical study , the illustrated study, the study of the means.There are pacts included in the biscal study about the dotted like open space of the city ,such as the related concept, characteristic and the basical attribute.At the same time,the studied objects are clearly defined ,the overall idea and the structural research in system method have been leded into it.There two parts included in the illustrated study ,studing on the spot and investigation of examples.The maneuverability of the methods of the layout and the feasibility about reality conditions are discussed combining the substantial evidenceThere two parts included in the illustrated study ,studing on the spot and investigation of examples.The maneuverability of the methods of the layout and the feasibility about reality conditions are discussed combining the substantial evidence about urban planning through the study of the inside reasons and actuality of construction.The set up of the organic layout construction about systematism and holistic"core -link"is expounded include the part of principle of layout studies and method of layout studies.At the same time the constructive opinion is put forword through the concluding and considing about the principle and method of layout from macro view to tiny each level of view, regard spatial layout construction as the point.更多还原
