钢绞线生产关键技术研究

【摘要】 钢绞线是以线材为原料,通过在常温下拉拔获得断面直径小于或等于Φ5.0mm的钢丝,并将多根冷拉钢丝绞合在一起而得到的一种产品。按钢丝表面状态可将其分为光面钢丝钢绞线和镀层(镀锌、镀锡、镀铜、镀铝、镀锌-铝合金等)钢丝钢绞线两大类。其中镀锌钢丝钢绞线主要应用于电力行业中电杆的栓系、高压输电线路的避雷线、钢芯铝绞线用线芯以及电讯行业中通讯线路架设等,要求其具有可靠的力学性能和优异的抗腐蚀性能,钢丝表面采用热浸镀锌。在新疆,中高碳热镀锌钢丝钢绞线的生产是一片空白,因此开发并生产该产品有较好经济效益和市场前景,八钢通过充分的市场调研和可行性分析,确定了年产7000吨的中高碳热镀锌钢丝钢绞线项目,产品主要规格为:钢丝Φ1.67~Φ3.80mm及钢绞线1×7-Φ5.40~Φ9.60mm。钢绞线生产流程为连铸—高线—立拔—热镀锌—绞线。 八钢钢绞线在生产中存在的主要问题是:在十连拔过程中,发生不易拉拔、断丝等情况,钢丝尺寸参数不稳定,抗拉强度、延伸率等机械性能指标波动大,给镀锌和绞线工艺的确定带来了困难,从而影响了产品质量和生产的正常进行。 本课题结合八钢钢绞线试生产过程,对出现的上述问题进行了分析,从钢绞线生产的关键技术:拉拔工艺、热镀锌和绞线工艺这两方面对产生的问题进行了系统研究,从而得出影响镀锌钢绞线产品质量的主要因素是原料条件以及冷拉时的总压缩率Q、部分压缩率P和热镀锌温度等工艺参数。 试验在八钢生产现场进行,通过对65号钢盘条的试生产试验和分析研究,确定了钢绞线原料的化学成分:0.62~0.70%C,0.17~0.37%Si,0.5~0.8%Mn,P≤0.040%,S≤0.040%;应控制的主要工艺参数:总压缩率Q为70~80%,部分压缩率P为10~30%,热镀锌温度440~470℃。 在确定了拉拔工艺、镀锌和绞线这些关键技术的同时,结合生产热调试,目前钢绞线生产线匹配良好,已具备年产7000吨的生产能力,产品的力学性能和相关的尺寸参数等指标能够满足用户要求,产品质量通过了国家质量监督检验中心的认证。结果表明,该生产工艺是可行的、合理的。
【Abstract】 Stranded steel wire is a kind of materials which is fabricated by means of drawing steel wire at home temperature to the stranded wire with diameter of 5.2mm and/or less than it, followed by stranded the steel wire. According to the surface condition, stranded wire could be divided into two main type, i.e., smooth stranded wire and galvanizing stranded wires. Zinc gavanizing wire is one can of the latter which is mainly used in powder transportation industry, telecommunication etc.The mainly properties required of this materials are high strength and good corrosion-resistance. Based on detailed investigation, Bayi iron and steel making company decided to build up stranded steel wire production line, with output of 7000 tons per year and, specifications for diameter Φ3.80mm 1x7 to Φ5.40-Φ9.60mm. The processing is: continuous casting-high speed wire rod-drawing- galvaniziedzinc-wire stranding.The present article describes the investigation of key factors which influenced the quanlity and properties of the stranded wire of Bayi Iron and Steel making Corporation Lirnited,emphersis is put on the following steps: drawing techniques, galvanizing and stranding techniques. The main factors which influenced the properties of stranded wire are condition of raw materials, total compressed ratio, step compressed ratio and galvanizing temperature.By comparing the wire rod of Shoudu company and Bayi company, we decided the composition of the latter should be like this: 0.62~0.70%C, 0.17~0.37%Si, 0.5-0.8%Mn, less than 0.04%P, less than 0.04%S, drawing parameters: total drawing ratio 70-80%, step ratio 10-30%, galvanizingtemperature 440-470℃.After applied the improved drawing techniques and optimizing galvanizing method, and co-operated with hot online try, the resultant stranded wire production line is in good condition, the production ability reached 7000t/a. Furthermore,the products shown good mechanical properties and size parameters which could be satisfactory the user requriments and passed the certification standards of the nation.All these presented that the improved techniques are well-workable.
