【摘要】 在当今的国际竞争环境下,企业与企业之间的竞争已转变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。制造企业如何以自身为核心,构建适合本企业的供应链,选择适合本企业的合作伙伴已成为其不得不思考的问题。正是于此,本文提出了一个集成供应商和分销商的供应链联盟合作伙伴选择模型,并据此提出供应链伙伴选择的新方法——基于模糊层次分析法和遗传算法的两阶段供应链伙伴选择方法,为实施供应链管理一体化和合理选择供应链合作伙伴提供借鉴。 首先,本文分析了供应链与供应链合作伙伴理论,以此作为后续供应链伙伴选择模型和方法的背景。接着,本文为供应商和分销商的选择分别建立了全面、详细的评价指标体系,并给出了评价指标值的定量计算方法,对定性指标则给出了进行量化的方法。然后,分析了供应链联盟合作伙伴选择的实质——即在特定环境下的多目标决策优化问题,提出了供应链合作伙伴集成选择模型,建立了基于模糊层次分析法和遗传算法的两阶段伙伴集成选择方法。最后,通过实证分析,用算例详细介绍方法的应用和演算过程,并验证了算法的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 Under the international competitive environment, competition between enterprises has converted the one between supply chains. How to build correct supply chain basing on itselves and select correct cooperative partners has become the problem which manufacturing enterprises have to think of. So, the paper proposes the evaluation and selection model of supply chain cooperative partners aggregating suppliers and resellers, creates a new selection methold-two-phases selection methold based on Fuzzy-AHP and Genetic -Algorithm and offers experience for executing supply chain management and selecting cooperating partners.First, the paper disserts the theory of supply chain and coorperating partners, which is the basis for constructing the selection model and methold. Second, the paper proposes allround Performance Measure System (PMS) of suppliers and resellers, analyzes the meaning of each measurement and present the quantitative calculating formula of the measurements. Next, the paper analyses the substance of supply chain cooperative partners’s selection- superior general-purpose strategy under the particular environment, presents the aggregating selection model of cooperative partners and creates two-phases selection methold based on Fuzzy-AHP and Genetic-Algorithm. Last, an instance is used to introduce the application of new methold and calculation process in order to prove the availability and practicability of the model.
