3D地测CAD系统研究

【摘要】 随着经济的发展和CAD技术的不断完善与普及,矿山企业生产设计与管理的自动化水平已经成为衡量其生产水平与现代化程度的重要标准。地测采作为矿山企业生产设计与管理的基本环节,自然成为矿山企业自动化建设的重要组成部分。而目前沿用的经由图纸资料和台帐资料手工设计与管理的操作方式根本不能适应现代化生产设计与管理的需要,制约着矿山企业的发展。因此,建立地测CAD系统,是矿山企业自动化建设的基本任务。 本论文研究的3D地测CAD系统是北洛河铁矿自动化建设的重要组成部分。论文以北洺河铁矿的地测采生产设计与管理为实际应用背景,主要针对CAD技术在地测中的应用以及为采矿设计提供完整的地质资料,对软件设计与实现中所涉及到的几个关键技术与方法、软件的整体架构以及软件开发工具和开发环境的选取等方面进行了讨论与研究。 论文从工程应用的实际出发,主要进行了以下几方面的工作: ◆ 地测数据的存取结构及其与相关图形的互动技术 ◆ 基于人工神经网络的矿岩界线的自动绘制理论与方法 ◆ 基于OpenGL技术的3D矿床模型的自动生成理论与方法 ◆ 基于粗糙集理论的地测数据预测分析模型 本论文综合运用了先进的ObjectARX技术、数据库技术、OpenGL图形技术、ADO数据库连接技术,以可视化开发工具Visual C++6.0为开发平台,以AutoCAD通用图形系统为应用平台,以MSSQL Server为数据库平台,完成了系统的总体设计与软件实现。整个软件系统与AutoCAD浑然一体,界面友好,人机交互性能强,使用非常方便。本论文软件系统的应用,将使地测采设计过程对设计者专业知识和经验的依赖性更小,系统设计质量更高,设计周期更短,更能体现3D地测CAD的强大功效。

【Abstract】 With economic development and CAD technology’s constant perfection and popularization, automatization level of mine enterprise designing and management for manufacturing has already become important standard of measuring its manufacturing level and modernized degree. Geological surveying and mining as basic component of mine enterprise designing and management for manufacturing naturally become an important part of mine enterprise’s automation construction. But the operation mode of manual designing and management via drawing materials and sets of account materials can’t meet the need of designing and management for modernized manufacturing, restricting the development of mine enterprises. So, setting up CAD system of Geological survey is the basic task of enterprise’s automatic construction.CAD system of 3D Geological survey researched in this paper is an important part of Beiminghe iron ore enterprise’s automatization construction This paper research for manufacturing designing and management of Beiminghe iron ore enterprise which is its actual application background. Aiming mainly at the application of CAD technology in Geological survey as well as providing complete geology materials for mining designing, This paper has discussed and studied several pieces of key technology and method involved in design and realization of software, whole structure as well as selection of development tool and environment of software and so on.From the practice of engineering application, this paper carries out the following items: Accessing structure of Geological survey data as well as mutual transforming technology with its graphics. The theory and method of automatic drawing boundary line between ore and rock based on the artificial neural network. The theory and method of automatic modeling 3D mineral deposit model based onOpenGL technology. The predicting and analyzing model of Geological survey data based on Rough Set.This paper has comprehensively used advanced ObjectARX technology, Database technology, OpenGL graphics technology and ADO technology. Using Visual C ++6.0 as the developing platform, AutoCAD as the application platform, MSSQL Server as the database platform, this paper has accomplished whole design of system and realized the software. The whole software system can run well and use conveniently in AutoCAD, with a friendly interface and a better functions between operator and computer. This makes the process of design for Geological survey and mining less dependence on user’s specialty and experience, and makes design result better in quality, faster in speed. All of these embody the great priority of the CAD system of 3D Geology and Survey even more.
