中低碳钢丝拉拔断裂影响因素分析及研究

【摘要】 中低碳钢丝在线材制品中是使用范围最广、产量最大、品种规格也最多的一类钢丝。此类钢丝生产工艺相对较为简单,工厂在生产该类产品时要求有高的生产效率、较好的稳定性和高的成材率。为了达到以上目的,在生产实践中要求原料(线材)有较好的拉拔性能,同时要选择好合适的工艺路线,针对不同钢种提供不同的润滑条件和冷却条件。本文通过对实际生产中中低碳钢丝在拉拔过程中发生的断裂情况进行了系统的成因分析,并就典型钢种的拉拔断裂问题提出了相应的控制方法。 本文主要研究的钢种有:45、LS(拉丝钢)、MD(棉花打包丝钢)、Q235等。主要归纳的拉拔断裂成因有:原料冶炼和热轧缺陷、盘条预处理不当、润滑和冷却条件差、拉丝模修模不合理、拉拔工艺不合理和操作失误等。通过理论分析并结合实际生产经验,就以上造成钢丝拉拔断裂的原因提出了不同钢种的最佳生产工艺和原料要求。 采取的主要研究手段:原料金相和组织分析、断口宏观形态分析和微观组织分析、不同条件下的生产工艺路线对比分析,对分析结果进行了归纳和总结,在不增加生产成本的基础上得出控制拉拔断裂的方法。

【Abstract】 The middle&low carbon steel wire is a steel wire which used the most widely, output is biggest, species specification too at most. The craft route of this kind of steel wire produces is more simple, factory while producing the type’s product is requested high production , good stability and high rate of become used .For attaining the above purpose, request the material( line material) have the better performance of pulling in produce fulfillment, choosing the very fit produces route at the same time, offering the different condition of lubricate and cooling for the different steel .This text bring forward the homologous controllable method about the program of break of typical steel, across systematically analysis about reason of break which the mid_low carbon steel wire to take place in actual production.The main steel researched in this text: 45, LS( pull the silk steel), MD( the cotton packs the silk steel), Q235.The primary reason of break : material blemish, choice of lubricant is not reasonable, condition of lubricate and cooling is bad, repair for mold of pulled wire is not reasonable ,and inaccurate operation etc. Passing the theories analysis and integrate with actual production experience,aiming at the above reason for different steel, we bring forward the best route of production and request of the material.Main research means: Raw material with tissue analysis, break macroscopical modality analysis and microcosmic tissue analysis, craft route contrast of the different condition. Concluding and summarizing for outcome of analysis, educing the method of control draw breaking in foundation that do not increase the production cost.
