偏转磁芯承烧座的研制

【摘要】 莫来石——刚玉材料以其优异的性能广泛使用在国内外的窑具制造中。由于我国对偏转磁芯承烧座的研制较晚,至今没有研制出高档的莫来石—刚玉质承烧座。本文首先通过对比各种窑具材质的优缺点,最终选择了莫来石、刚玉材料作为承烧座材质;进而通过添加三种不同的矿化剂来降低制品的烧结温度,并研究了它们对制品性能和组成的影响,最终确定了合理的矿化剂加入量;其次,通过改变莫来石、刚玉的相对含量,使莫来石和刚玉颗粒相互穿插,构成骨架,优化结构,使制品的综合性能提高;最后,通过添加刚玉细粉和α—Al2O3微粉,并延长保温时间,改善了制品的烧成收缩,在实验室条件下研制出了两种热膨胀系数较小,热稳定好,性能优异的承烧座材质。通过现场实验,最终确定了以莫来石为主晶相的工艺配方,按照该配方生产的承烧座在实际生产试用中具有更好的性能,且成本较低,使用寿命较高,其80次以上的使用寿命达到了国内先进水平。

【Abstract】 With excellent performance, mullite-corundum materials has been widely used in the kiln furniture at home and abrod. So far the high grade mullite-corundum core frame for burning materials for deflection magnetic core have not been developed because the research on this subject state late in China. Based on analyzing every kiln furniture materials, mullite and corundum are selected as the main material of the core frame for burning. Then, the sintering temperature can be lowered with adding three types of additives. Through studying their influence on the performance and composition of the product, the best dose of additive is ascertained. After that, through changing the relative content of mullite and corundum, mullite and corundum is interlocking with each other so that the structure is optimized and the product’s performance is developed. At last, through adding corundum powder and alumina super-powder, and prolong the heat preservation time, the thermal expansion coefficient can be lowered, the thermal shock resistance is excellent, and the temperature mechanical performance is high. In industrial experiment, the product in which mullite is main composition has better performance, lower cost, and longer working life. The working life of eighty times reach advanced level at home.
