【摘要】 焦化企业的生产经营活动具有很强的专业性和竞争性，其竞争能力的强弱不仅取决于企业实力规模的大小，而且取决于企业管理决策水平的高低。在其广泛的经营管理中，设备管理是重要的组成部分。 本文以神州煤电焦化股份有限公司焦化厂为例，从管理角度论述在焦化企业中如何建立设备管理信息系统。在对设备管理业务活动详细分析的基础上，改进原有业务流程，提出了系统的功能结构、逻辑配置设计方案，并讨论了系统开发、产生效益和所会遇到的阻力。 文中对焦化企业业务流程的分析以及设备管理信息系统的构建思想，对同行业有一定借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The production and activity of coking enterprise is very special and competitive. The competition capacity is depended on not only the scale, but also the management and decision-making of the enterprise. The management of equipment is the most important part of the management.In this text, taking the coking factory of ShenZhou group company ltd. as an example, we discussed how to make an equipment management information system. On the basis of particular analysis to the equipment management activity, we improved on original operation flow, brought forward the function framework of the system, the design of logic configure, and discussed the development of the system, the benefit and the resistance.The idea of the analysis and construction of the system is useful for the other coking enterprise.更多还原
