【摘要】 老龄化问题既是社会进步的必然结果，又是社会的重大挑战之一。随着我们进入21世纪，老龄化将进入我们生活的方方面面，对我们的经济、社会等方面提出不同的要求。 国家老龄委依据我国国情提出了老年居住体系的概念。对老龄人来说，住房是安家之所，可以抵挡风雨，提供睡眠、用餐、娱乐和消遣的地方。但是，仅有住房是远远不够的，尤其是退休后有大量的时间可以安排，我们应该鼓励老年人从斗室中走出到社会环境中去交流，并给他们创造出一个出行的良好空间环境。在这种形势下，研究适宜老年人的城市公共空间环境越来越重要。 本论文依据老年人在生理、心理、社会三方面对户外环境的特殊需求，并主要以西安环城公园为例，采用了观察与调查问卷相结合的方式，发现了存在于这一特殊群体中普遍存在的问题，并对产生问题的影响因素进行了科学全面的分析研究，这些分析有助于维持老年人独立生活能力和身体健康的多层次多种类的公共活动空间环境，并提出了具体的改善意见和规划建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The agings are both a consequence of social progress, and one of the major challenges of our society. As we enter the 21st century, global aging will put increased economic and social demands on all countries.According to our national conditions, Aging Problem Committee of China offers the system for the old people’s resident. To the aged people, housing is the place to settle down, where they can keep themselves out of wind and rain, where they can be provided the space to have rest, meal, entertainment, and diversion. But housing is not enough especially for the retired one, who have large amount of time allocated by oneself, communication among the outside society should be encouraged, therefore a good outside spacial environment is important here. Under such circumstances, the research of cities’ public spacial environment suitable for the aged is more and more significant.On the basis of the aged people’s specially physical, psychological, and social needs to outside spacial environment, for the example of the encircling city-wall park in Xi’an, with the combined method of survey and questionnaire, the dissertation analyses the multi-levels, and multi-categories outside spacial environment, helpful for the capacity to live separately and the sound health of the aged.
