大电流硅整流装置在氯碱工业中的应用

【摘要】 随着电力电子技术的发展以及电化学工业作为电解电源使用的大电流硅整流装置应用技术的不断提高,对大电流硅整流装置的设计和制造提出了新的要求。本论文主要研究了同相逆并联三相桥式晶闸管整流装置在氯碱工业中的应用。由于该装置的工作电流较大,伴随而来的电磁场以及谐波等问题不可忽视。另外,每一个整流臂由多只晶闸管并联而成,这样就存在电流均匀分配的问题,均流系数同样是一个非常重要的技术指标。 本论文对快速熔断器、母线温度和均流系数进行了模拟实验和现场运行的测试,并且对温度控制系统进行了控制算法的研究和系统仿真,对谐波的产生、危害和抑制进行了比较详细地论述。 该装置经过现场运行的考验,进一步证明了它完全符合现场工作的要求,达到了技术设计的指标。

【Abstract】 With development of power electronics technology and advancement of heavy-current silicon rectifier assembly’s application technology - mainly been used in electrolysis power supply of electrochemistry industry, some new demands have been put forward for design and manufacture of heavy-current silicon rectifier assembly. Same phase inverse parallel connection’s three-phase bridge thyristor rectifier assembly was researched mainly the application in the chlorine-alkali industry. As the working current of this assembly is very big, concomitant electromagnetic wave, harmonics and so on can’t been neglected. In addition, each rectifier arm was made of many thyristors that are parallel connection, so there had the problem that current was distributed equably, in the same way, current-sharing coefficient was a vary important technology index.In this paper, it did simulation experiment and tested in the locale for quick-fuse, generatrix temperature and current-sharing coefficient. Moreover, it did research on control arithmetic for temperature control system and did system simulation. And to discuss comparatively detailedly harmonic’s produce, harm and restrain.The set of equipment has been run in the locale, its running result proved further its design to accord completely with the working demand of locale and realized the technology index of design.
