高校校园商业空间的设计与研究

【摘要】 我国高校扩招以来,学校的后勤管理逐渐社会化,随着高校后勤这块“蛋糕”越做越大,带动了房地产开发、物业管理、商业零售、餐饮等服务业的发展,今天的校园已经和从前的校园有了很大的差别。越来越多的娱乐、消费设施走进了大学校园,今天的大学已经形成了自己独特的商业空间,以及自身特定的消费群体。 本篇论文以高校校园商业空间为主要研究对象,以西安、上海两地的各大高校的校园商业空间为主要调查研究对象,在收集、分析实例资料的基础上,从分析当前大学生的消费结构、消费习惯、消费心理入手,结合国内外高校校园规划建设的理论成果,对高校校园商业空间的规划布局、空间形态、外观造型、环境设施等进行分析,并提出目前高校校园商业设施建设中存在的主要问题和现象。 全文共十章,第一章绪论部分对论文研究的背景、研究高校校园商业空间的目的、意义以及论文研究的内容、研究的方法作了介绍;第二章对高校学生的消费结构、消费习惯、消费心理等问题进行了分析论述;第三章对高校园商业空间从经营内容上进行分类,对各类空间的使用状况进行了分析总结;第四章主要是从商业空间的经营模式、经营策略角度探讨如何使校园商业空间更好的服务于使用者。第五章从高校校园规划角度归纳高校商业网点的布局方式,探讨合理的布局规划模式。第六章从空间构成方式对校园商业空间进行分类,分析各种布局方式的利弊。第七章探讨了校园商业空间的设计。第八章提出了高校校园商业空间的发展趋势,探讨了大学城商业设施的建设。第九章从新的角度来重新认识了高校校园商业空间。第十章是全文总结。

【Abstract】 With the enlargement of china’s university, the management to the school becomes socialized by and by. Then, the universities stimulate the development of real estate, retail , table, etc.. More and more facilities of recreation and consumption enter into the campuses which have many differences to the ones before. Today, the unique commercial space, and the special consumers have formed in the campus ofuniversities.This paper takes the commercial space of china’s universities as the studied target, which are mainly the universities in Xi’an and Shanghai. On the basis of accumulation and analysis to them, paper analyses the construction hobby and psyche of student’s consumption, according to which, discusses the planning and layout, the conformation of space, appearance, environmental facilities, the main questions in the commercial space of china’s universities.The paper has ten charters. The 1st chart is mainly introduce the background , aim, value, content and method of the paper, The 2nd chart analyses the construction hobby and psyche of student’s consumption; the commercial space is divided into different types in the 3rd chart, whose usages are analyzed and summarized. The 4th chart mainly discusses how to service better from the managed mould and strategy of commercial space in universities. The 5th chart induces the layout of business points and questions the moulds of planning. The commercial space was ranked from the method of constructing space in the 6th one, and different types were analyzed from the advantages and shortcomings. The 7th chart questions the design of the commercial space in universities whose developing trend was suggested in the 8th one. the construction of business facilities in the city of universities was questioned too. The 9th chart recognized the commercial space in universities once more from the new comer. The 10th chart is the summary of the paper.
