【摘要】 作为一种特殊的城市用地，滨水区是城市中具有巨大发展潜力的空间领域。滨水景观是城市百态的缩影。黄河流域作为中华文明的主要发源地，黄灌区也有3000多年的发展历史。在这样一个特定地区，如何利用灌区特有的渠水资源作为滨水景观开发的切入点，扭转以往仅仅聚焦于灌溉、水利的片面做法；如何解决灌区滨水景观的特殊性，最大限度发挥滨水空间的潜力，营造城镇更新的活跃地带，在当今城市大发展的宏观背景下，是一个迫切而又现实的问题，值得每一个建设者认真思索与探求。 本文以人与自然和谐共存为发展目标，从具体景观设计角度着手，对黄灌区城镇水资源、水环境进行了系统、详细的针对性研究。论文着力探索如何在尊重和保护生态环境的前提下，从黄灌区自身水资源、水环境特点出发，通过合理统筹、规划相关滨水空间景观设计，实现对资源的合理利用，挖掘城镇文化内涵，引导城镇特色水景观建设，有效改善城镇公共空间，进而达到城镇水文化与水景观的和谐发展。同时，论文结合作者亲自参与设计的实例进行分析，力求探索黄灌区城镇滨水空间景观设计的原则方法及其适应的景观形态，借此改善灌区城镇滨水空间的人居环境。同时论文的写作为以后的相关建设、研究提供参考资料。 全文着中讨论了以下五方面内容： a．黄河流域内陆城镇滨水空间环境概况介绍 b．黄灌区城镇滨水空间开发与生态环境保护研究 c．黄灌区城镇滨水空间开发水景观与水文化研究 d．宁夏中卫十里长河景观带设计实例分析 e．黄灌区城镇滨水空间景观设计原则与适宜景观形态探索更多还原

【Abstract】 Waterfront is a special kind of land-use, which has potentiality in urban development. Waterfront landscape is epitome of all kinds of social life. While the Yellow River Valley is the cradle of Chinese civilization, the irrigated area of Yellow River has a history of 3000 years. For these special area, how to use the proper water resource in the irrigated area as the cut-in point to develop waterfront landscape, and change the former method which is only focused on irrigation and water conservancy and how to make the best use of waterfront to build a rapid -developing area in city and town, is a urgent and real-life problem. It is worthy of serious reflection and hunting.The paper systemically and specially studies the water source and waterfront space in the Yellow River Valley. It focus on the scenery design with the aim of harmonious coexist of human and nature. The purpose of the paper is to study how to achieve sustainable supply of water, to discover the culture insight of water, to create unique urban waterscape and to develop water culture and waterscape harmoniously with consideration of existing water resource and waterfront space. It is all based on protection of ecological environment. At the same time, the author strive to search a principle and proper scenery modality at waterfront space in town at irrigated area of Yellow River to improve the living condition for people at waterfront space at irrigated area. This paper provides relative reference literature for future research and work. The paper mainly discussed five aspects as follows:A.
