基于遗传算法的热力控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 随着城市建设的迅速发展,集中供热成为我国北方地区城市现代化建设所必须的步骤之一。供热系统的不断扩大,如何有效地控制和管理整个热力系统,提高热力系统的经济效益和社会效益,成为各供热企业急需解决的重要课题。 本文以石河子热力公司集中供热系统为研究对象,以供热工程基本理论为基础,对热力系统的水力和热力工况进行了分析,研究了热力控制系统目前存在的问题。针对集中供热系统的特点,设计了整个系统的运行控制方案。 1 建立了供热负荷预测模型,采用遗传算法对模型的参数辨识,并以此来计算当天的供热温度,指导锅炉的自动控制。 2 废弃了原来采用的按面积确定换热站一次流量的方法,对换热站的热力特性参数进行辨识,使一次供水流量能够动态的跟随各站供热面积的变化,为将来按热收费打下了基础。 3 运用遗传算法对整个管网的阻力系数进行辨识,根据阻力系数解决了水力失调的问题。在热量不足时,为均匀供热提供了依据。 4 根据阻力系数的辨识结果,在系统故障时,能够判断出故障的地点和类型,防止了故障的扩大,并为检修、恢复供暖提供了保障。

【Abstract】 The central heating is become one of necessary steps for city modernization in the north of China.it becomes more and more important how to control and manage the whole heating system in effective and scientific ways, enhance the economic and social benefit with the heating system enlaregs gradually.This paper takes the central heating system of heating company in ShiHeZi city as its research object,on basis of heating theory,the heating system of waterpower and energetics were analysed.the problem of heating control system was studied.According to the characteristics of heating system.the new control project was designed.1 The forecast model of the load of the heating system was put forward, parmeter of the model was recognized in Genetic Algorithm.on the basis of the result,the temperature of water supply was calculated and become target aim of burning system.2 The manner of setting flux of heating power station that according to area of heating was disused. The characteristic parmeter of heating power station was recognized in Genetic Algorithm,it make the flux of heating power station change followed the area of heating change and make preparations for charging according to area of heating.3 The parmeter of the heating network was recognized in Genetic Algorithm.On basis of it,the problem of waterpower maladjustment was settled.it provide qualification for even heating,when the heat energy is lack.4 The type and site of failure of the heating system can be concluded eaily according to the recognitive result of the parmeter of the heating network when system failure happen.it can prevent the failure from extending availably.
