住宅建筑中新型管材性能和水头损失的应用研究

【摘要】 近年来新型塑料给排水管材在建筑给排水中的应用越来越广泛,我国的各种新型给排水管材、管件的生产技术和施工技术有了很大的发展,相应的材料种类也由镀锌钢管、铸铁管变为UPVC、PP-R、PE-X、PB、PP-C、铝塑复合管(PAP)、ABS等等。 虽然新型管材在我国生产和使用时间不长,但生产厂家多,新型管材层出不穷。而且厂家生产与销售市场又不够规范,很多管材暂无设计规程与施工验收规范。要想选用适用的管材,正确进行设计和施工,需要研究新型管材的耐热、耐压、膨胀和阻力损失等物理性能。 本文通过试验室试验及工程现场试验,对新型给排水管材的几个重要的物理性能参数进行实验测定,纠正了以往的错误认识。研究结果表明:(1)新型塑料管材线胀系数远远大于钢管和铸铁管,设计和施工中要严格考虑管道的伸缩;(2)新型塑料管材耐高温性能各不相同,需根据管内水温选定管材;(3)新型管材水头损失远小于钢管,并对原水头损失计算公式进行了修正;(4)对于塑料管材的耐压性能进行了探讨。 本研究为新型管材的合理选择、给水排水系统的正确设计与计算、正确的施工以及建筑内部给水排水管道的正常安全使用提供了参考,有助于新型建筑给水排水管材的推广应用。

【Abstract】 In recently years ,Application of new type plastic supply-drain pipe material gets more and more wide spread ,It has great progress in our country for production and construction technique of many new type supply-drain pipe materials and component ,and relevant material type from zinc-planting-corrugated pipe and iron pipe become to UPVC,PP-R,PE-X,PB,PP-C and plastic-alumium ,ABS and so on.But because it is not spreading popularize and new type pipe in market emerge in an endless steam ,the selling market is not standard ,many pipe material has not standard temporary .How to choose suitable pipe materials that it is not only the ordinary use don’t know but also relevant design and construction technician can not know comprehension.In this article ,through lab and engineering site trials that the physical data of new type pipe materials is corrected ,the results are as follow : (l)the expansion coefficient of new plastic pipe materials is more large than that of iron pipe .(2)new plastic pipe materials have different heat-resisting character and according to the water temperature to choose pipe materials ;(3)the loss of head of water for new type pipe materials is more smaller than iron pipe and also correct the loss of head of water that calculated by theory ;(4)probing into the press-resistance character of new plastic pipe materials.Through researching ,it can provide reference for designing materials .New type pipe materials are understood and knew thoroughly by the vast users ,which can promote application and dissemination for new type building pipe materials.
