Structure Design and Optimal Countermeasure for Shenzhen Futian Bonded Section Finance Building

【摘要】 在高层和超高层建筑的结构设计中,优化设计是一个重要的课题,优化设计就是把最优化数学原理应用到工程设计之中,在众多的设计方案中寻到尽可能完善的或者最适宜的方案的一种现代设计方法。 本文结合深圳福田保税区金融大厦这幢超高层建筑的结构设计及其所采取的优化对策,从多个方面介绍了优化在工程实践中的应用,阐述了优化设计的意义。文章从基础方案的比选和优化,阐述了基础选型和地基处理方案选择优化的重要性;分析了在高层建筑中设置刚性加强层对增加水平刚度、限制侧向位移的作用,同时介绍了梁板设计的优化,分析了采用无粘结予应力梁板对于减小层高节约造价的重要意义。文章对整个结构体系的优化和计算也进行了研究和探讨。 优化是合理化、科学化、满意化,是一个系统综合、系统检验的反复交叉过程,是一个永无止境的过程。优化设计为工程设计提供了一种重要的科学方法,能够大大提高设计效率和设计质量。高层建筑投资大、建设周期长,对其进行优化设计以期获得最优方案并节约投资,一直是结构设计人员所努力的方向。西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文优化设计更多地体现在概念设计和结构方案设计的过程中,因为一个纯数学的、试算的方法并不适合一种设计周期短暂,同时又对经济性要求很高的工程中。同时由于设计变量、约束条件、计算量过于庞大等原因,其成果在实际工程的结构计算中应用还落后于理论的进展。

【Abstract】 In the structure design of high-rise building and super high-rise building, Optimization design is an important task, Optimization design is an up-to-date measure to seek the most perfect and optimum design proposal, and the mathematical principle of optimization had application in engineering design.In this treatise, the structure design of a super high-rise building (Shenzhen Futian Bonded Section Finance Building), and the optimal countermeasure is as an example. With it, the application in the work of optimization method is produced and the meaning of the optimal design is expatiated in several ways. Otherwise the fundamentally of choice of base type and groundsill disposal scheme is expatiated; the effect of the rigidity enhanced layer for increasing of horizontal stiffness and restriction of displacement is analyzed. In the article, the optimization design of beam and plate is produced, and it is analyzed that the application of non-felt prestressed concrete beam and plate decrease the layer height and the cost. In the other way the calculation and optimization of entire building structure is investigated and discussed.Optimization means rationalization, making scientific and satisfactory, it is process of systematic analysis, synthesis, appraisal, and an age long course. Optimization design accommodates a scientific design approach and advance designing quality. Because of over investment and long construction period in tall building, design staff makes great efforts to give an optimization design in order to achieve the best structural layout and practice economy all the time.Via the treatise, the application of optimization theory in whole process is wellsignalizing. Along with the development of optimization theory, the increasing of the ability of calculation, and familiarity and mastery in the theory of designer, a radical of design concept will arises. The wide application of the theory will make the structural design feasible and high-level efficiency, preferable social and economics benefit.
