职业生涯管理对高校应届毕业生择业影响研究——国有商业银行应届毕业生职业生涯管理个案研究

【摘要】 应届毕业生择业是其终身职业选择的第一步,作为职业选择的一种类型,毕业生择业受诸多因素的影响,而其中职业生涯管理是重要因素之一。本文立足职业生涯管理理论的发展和应用,以高校应届毕业生的择业作为切入点,分析组织职业生涯管理对毕业生择业产生的重大影响,以及毕业生择业和职业生涯管理的相互作用。论文主要分为两部分,第一部分区分毕业生和企业,阐述高校应届毕业生择业受职业生涯管理的影响,并结合具体案例分析企业的职业生涯管理对毕业生择业的影响力。第二部分选取国有商业银行的职业生涯管理作为讨论背景,参照第一部分的案例,论述国有商业银行现阶段的职业生涯管理政策在吸引应届毕业生方面的弱势以及今后的改革方向。 本文的职业生涯管理以职业目标、培训开发、薪酬待遇和升迁前景作为论述的要点,选取对外经贸大学以及北京市其它重点高校近年应届毕业生(以硕士研究生为主)首次就业时的择业情况,通过统计数据和调查结果进行论证,对高校毕业生的择业和对企业的毕业生招聘及管理政策有一定借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The choice of vocation, influenced by many factors, is graduates’ first step to finish life-long career. Among these factors, career management is one of most important one. The thesis bases on the development and implementation of career management theory, analyzes the effect of organization career management on the vocation choice of graduates and the interaction between career management and graduates. The thesis is composed of two parts, the first one illustrates why and how the vocation choice of graduates is influenced by career management by distinguishing between the two parts of graduates and organization and incorporating specific cases, the second of which argues the weak points and improvement suggestions of career management of state owned banks by taking the career management of state owned banks as comparison background.The career management in the thesis takes career objective, training, compensation and promotion vision as the key points of argument, takes engagement state of graduates of the Graduate School of University of International Business and Economics and other universities as discussion bases, and takes statistics and investigation results as argumentation background. I hope that my thesis will be of some use to the career management of graduates and organizations.
