论我国物流园区的规划与发展

【摘要】 全球经济一体化在世界范围内引起了广泛关注，各国正在加紧物流产业化的建设和升级。面对我国庞大的物流市场，发达国家物流巨鳄纷纷进入，对我国薄弱的物流产业将产生前所未有的冲击。我国积极探索物流业的发展道路，大力发展物流园区，以全面提升物流业竞争力。物流园区建设不仅利于全面提升物流产业，同时对物流园区所在城市和区域有着莫大的作用。作者查阅大量资料并对北京两座物流园区进行实地考察，通过大量资料和数据，并结合我国实际提出了在规划物流园区过程中出现的问题的对策。第一部分阐述了物流园区规划的理论基础。首先是对物流园区的概念、类型进行了探讨。随后从城市经济和物流企业发展的角度阐述了发展物流园区的必要性。最后通过发展物流园区对城市发展的作用、物流园区在城市的用地分析以及物流园区的发展条件阐述了物流园区规划与城市发展的关系。第二部分研究了物流园区的规划原则、程序，并详细描述了物流系统的功能设计以及物流园区各种功能的组合。第三部分在回顾前人的设施选址方面的成果的同时，简要介绍了影响设施选址的因素和设施选址的原则，重点介绍了包括重心法、盈亏分析法、因素平分法、选址度量法在内的多种物流园区选址方法。第四部分结合我国物流园区建设现状，通过真实案例分析我国物流园区建设过程中的问题。第五部分从政府宏观管理物流园区规划建设的角度提出了涉及政府职能和政策、建立研究体系、加强基础设施建设等方面的对策。更多还原
