国产200MW机组汽轮机调节系统改造的研究

【摘要】 本论文以国产200MW机组汽轮机调节系统的改造为研究课题,从目前液压调节系统普遍存在的问题入手,结合现代化控制系统的要求及电网发展的需求等方面,深入地阐述了液调改为电调的必要性。 针对目前个别电厂采用的低压透平油系统、电液并存系统及高压抗燃油的纯电调系统改造方案分别进行了介绍和分析,对它们的优缺点进行了阐述,通过对各种指标的比较确定了丰镇电厂3#机组电调系统改造的最终方案一高压抗燃油系统纯电调方案。 本文对电调系统的基本原理和构成进行了详细的分析,并在方案设计中对汽机ATC系统、机组寿命消耗管理系统、阀门管理等系统进行了讨论和设计。

【Abstract】 The subject of this paper is to research the retrofit of the governing system of the national 200MW turbine generator, beginning with commom problems existing in hydraulic governing system, combining with the demand of modern control system and the development of the electric power grid, discusses deeply the necessity of modifying the hydraulic governing system into the digital electronic hydraulic system.Introducing and analysing the rebuilding project of the low pressure lube oil system, electronic and hydraulic system, and high pressure system,showing their advantages and disadvantages, after comparing their technical index, we finally determine the rebuilding project of the governing system of unit3 in Feng Zhen Power Plant-high pressure oil syetem.The. paper analyses the principles and construction of digital electronic hydraulic(DEH) system in detail, at the same time discusses and designs the automation turbine control system(ATC), the management system of the unit life consumption, the valve management system.
