【摘要】 论文着重分析了我国当前自备电厂发展的现状与趋势；自备电厂对我国当前供用电造成的影响；以及某些地区自备电厂与电网企业之间存在的供电矛盾等。这一问题的存在是我国电力发展的阶段性结果，也是影响我国电力今后发展的一个重要因素，因此能否正确认识自备电厂发展的优劣，并妥善处理好自备电厂和国家大型电力生产销售企业之间的协调发展是关系到我国电力健康发展的重要课题，从而具有研究的必要性和紧迫性。而国内外关于这一知识领域的研究很少，即使有一些也大多侧重于对自备电厂发展的可行性进行研究，而自备电厂发展可能造成的负面影响以及如何与电网协调发展等方面的研究则很鲜见。本文采用大用户电价调整法、合理付费法、并购为辅助服务电厂法以及经济规划法等多种方法就这一问题的解决给予了深入的探讨和研究。其成果具有一定的理论深度，丰富了这一研究领域的内容，又具备良好的实际应用价值，特别是对这一问题突出的地区具有很强的理论指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper pay attention to analyze the development actuality and direction of autonomous power plants (APPs) in our country, effect on recent domestic electric power supply and demand of APPs development, and more and more severe power supply inconsistency between grid and APPs in several regions. Previously is the staggered consequence of electric power development in China, and is also an important fact infecting power development of our homeland in the future. So, recognizing advantage and disadvantage of APPs development accurately and dealing with the development connection between APPs and domestic electric power enterprises appropriately is an important necessitous research content Interrelated studies in inland and outland are very small, and even if studying, it fixed attention to study the feasibility on APPs development and seldom regarded the study of negative impact of APPs development. The paper researches the problem thoroughly by applying power price adjustment method, reasonable paying means and economy layout way and so on.
