【摘要】 本文着重对小型热电联产海水淡化装置进行技术经济分析。首先对海水淡化过程的能耗问题进行详细分析，并以典型的实际海水淡化系统为对象，对各种海水淡化方法的能耗情况进行了详细分析。提出了多效蒸馏海水淡化装置的简化设计方法，并编制了相应的设计、校核的计算程序。针对本文所要分析论证的小型热电联产立式竖板降膜蒸馏海水淡化装置，进行了方案流程和结构设计，对小型装置的控制策略等问题进行了简要分析，在此基础上，对小型装置的作了初步的技术经济分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the analysis of technique and economy of the small scaleCHP multi-effect distillation (MED) desalination device was focused on.Firstly，we analyzed the energy consumption of the various desalinationprocesses and give the case studies of some typical seawater desalinationsystems. And a simplified design method of the MED device and a relevantprogram of designing and verification were developed. The processing flowdiagram of 3 t/d small scale cogenerating MED desalination system, thestructure of device, its automatic controlstrategy and so on were designed.
