【摘要】 对子公司经营者的绩效评价是集团公司实现战略管理的重要环节。本文从分析电网集团子公司经营者现行考核办法存在的问题着手，指出在电力行业不断引入竞争，建立开放电力市场的新形势下，完善绩效评价指标体系以及绩效评价系统的必要性。基于此种需要，本文通过对经营者管理劳动的作用机理及相关绩效评价体系理论的研究，借鉴已有的绩效评价体系，提出了电网经营企业子公司经营者绩效评价的主要指标框架；并进一步提出了建立子公司经营者绩效评价体系的主要思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrepreneur’s performance appraisal is a quite important link in the realization of the strategic management of the Group. Starting from analysising the insufficient existing in its current entrepreneur performance appraisal for subsidiary company, this paper point out the necessary of establishing new target of performance appraisal.under the new situation that the electric power industry is setting up electric marketing and inducing competition. Based on the need , the paper proposes the construction of basic target for the subsidiary company by the studies on entrepreneur’s appraisal labor , the studies on the theory related performance appraisal and by making use of the available method.
