汽轮机寿命在线监测与管理技术研究

【摘要】 电力工业的发展,对机组设备的可靠性提出了更高的要求,大容量机组参与调峰运行更是提高电网调峰能力的必然趋势。加强火电厂部件的寿命管理已经成为当今整个电力系统关注的热点之一。汽轮机在启动、停机或变负荷运行时,承受很大的热应力,热变形。转子和汽缸是汽轮机的关键部件,其可靠性直接影响电厂的生产安全,是汽轮机寿命管理的主要监控对象。 本文对汽轮机转子和汽缸的二维模型的进行分析,建立有限元模型;将汽轮机转子和汽缸作为控制对象,确定其边界条件,求解其温度场,分析其热膨胀、热变形以及热应力分布;采用C++语言编制汽轮机高压缸、中压缸以及缸体的温度场实时在线监测程序,作为汽轮机寿命在线监测与管理系统的核心部分,用以指导汽轮机的启停及运行过程,使机组可以安全的、经济的运行。

【Abstract】 With the development of electric power industry, it is required that higher dependability to the electric equipment. To improving the peak load capacity of power network, it is the trend that the large capacity steam turbine units take part in peak load operation. So the enhanced life management of the thermal units’ components has become one of foci in the contemporary electric power system. During the steam turbine being started,stopped or load changing, it bears high stresses . Rotors and cylinders are the most important components in the steam turbine, and the dependability of them directly influences the operation and safe of a power plant, so the life management of the steam turbine mainly aims at its rotors.This paper studied two-dimension model of rotor and cylinder and builded the finite element model. Generally take the rotor and the cylinder as control objects,definite their boundary conditions,solute their temperature fields,and then analyst their bear expansions and distortions as well as thermal stress distribute,to control the courses,and keep the unit the most optimum operating condition. And put the theories into practice developed by C++ program, used as the important part of the online monitoring and management system of life of the steam turbine.
