【摘要】 本文在详细分析ERP系统中资金流、物流的基础上，针对发电企业连续生产作业的特点，研究设计了发电企业的ERP模型，并详细设计了发电企业ERP集成财务系统模型和物资管理系统模型，其中具体实现了电力企业ERP中的物资管理系统。在物资管理系统中，本文详细描述了物资需用计划、物资采购计划、物资采购合同、物资入库、物资领料、物资台帐管理的内容，阐述了物资从供应市场到采购系统到发电运行再到电力市场完整的供应链，并分析了贯穿在电力企业供应链中资金流、物流的运动过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the particular analysis about capital flow, material flow in ERP, and aiming at the continuum producing specialty in electric power enterprise, the paper design the model of ERP in electric power enterprise and design the model of integrated financial affairs system and material management system in detail. Between it the material management system has be realized.In the material management system, the paper descript the content including material needing plan, material purchasing plan, material purchase contract, material entering into the warehouse, material going out of the warehouse, and material account, the paper expatiate the whole applying and needing chain which go from applying market to purchasing system and to power running and to power market, then the paper analyze the proceed of the capital flow and the material flow in the chain.更多还原
