【摘要】 建立公正、平等、开放的电力市场是世界各国电力工业发展的必然趋势。在电力市场中，电力企业面临着如何遵循市场经济的基本规律和电力生产特殊规律、进行企业生产经营和市场竞争决策的全新课题。这需要我们将现代科学的管理理论方法和市场经济的基本规律有效结合，建立一套电力市场条件下的科学、高效、实用的电力企业经济活动分析和绩效评价理论、方法和体系，并运用现代化的管理手段即计算机及互联网的运用以对电力企业的经营、发展和提高经济效益给予科学有效的指导。本文从供电企业经营战略的角度出发，通过对供电企业经济活动分析和经营绩效评价的问题的研究，探索了适合供电企业特点的经济活动和经营绩效评价体系的思路和技术方法，建立了供电企业在电力市场条件下的经济活动分析模型和经营绩效评价体系，并利用现代信息技术设计开发了供电企业经济活动分析技术支持系统，实现了供电企业经济活动分析的电算化。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is natural trend for each country’s development of power industry to build up a proper and open power market. In power market, electric enterprises are facing an absolutly new challenge which is how to follow the basic rules of market economy and specific rules of electric production to make competitive strategies and operate enterprises. It asks us to effectively combine modern, scientific management method with basic rules to set up scientific, highly effective,applied economic analysis and performance evaluating theories which are appropriate under power market.Meantime, using modern management,that is computers and internet to guide the operation,development and increasement of electric enterprises. This article,from the view of the operating strategy of electric enterprises and through the study on the problems of economic activities and performance evaluation, explores the ways which are proper to the activities of these companies and evaluation system to build up the relevant economic analysis modle and performance evaluation system. Moreover, by using modern information technology, the author designs and develops the analysis technology supporting system for those companies to realize computation of analysis on economic activities.更多还原
