【摘要】 近几年来我国电力市场需求发生了很大的变化，从原来的供不应求到供需总体趋缓，再到目前供需又趋紧张，电网的最高负荷持续增长，峰谷差进一步加大，日负荷率及利用小时呈现出逐步下降的趋势，给电网安全、经济运行带来了困难。本文通过分析常用电力负荷特性指标的特点，预测未来数年电力负荷数据，以经济分析手段为主，从电价、电力需求侧管理、客户关系管理等方面提出一些具体电力负荷优化调控措施。并以岳阳市近几年电力负荷实测数据为依据，对其负荷特性进行了较为深入的分析研究，提出了改善其负荷特性的建议，为当地的电力负荷优化调控提供了切合实际的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a big change on the demand of electricity market in china. From the original demand surpass supply to tending balance， to demand surpass supply again now， the highest load of electrified network has been increasing continuously， the difference between peak and valley has been enlarging step further，at the same time，the load rate and time of load utilization have been emerged a descending tendency step by step. These bring about difficulty for the safety and economic moving of electrified network.In the thesis, some particular regulating measures about load optimization are put forward in electricity price，demand side management，customer relationships management etc. depending on economic analytic methods，after we analyze the feature of electric load characteristic in common use and forecast the data of power load in the future. Moreover，the advice about improving load characteristic of Yueyang is put forward through analyzing and researching according to the actual data of its power load in these years.
