基于WindowsCE的便携式振动监测仪软件开发与设计

【摘要】 当代科学技术的突飞猛进,极大地促进了分析仪器的发展,机构小巧、性能优越、价格便宜、操作简便的小型便携在线分析仪器发展尤为迅速。便携仪表适用于工业现场,可以供运行人员对现场设备运行情况进行实时地测量、显示和分析。高级嵌入式计算机系统和网络技术的应用,使仪器仪表将传感测量、补偿计算与信号分析处理等功能集于一身。在这其中,操作系统、芯片、总线、接口技术成为仪器仪表的内核,嵌入式系统成为技术的代表,并由此形成了仪器仪表行业发展的趋势。本文基于目前流行的便携式仪器的核心技术——WindowsCE,设计开发了应用于现场设备振动测量分析的的便携式测振仪表,针对现场特点和实际要求,对于测振仪的硬件系统进行了规划设计,并重点对于仪器软件进行开发,在WindowsCE平台下,利用EVC语言开发研制了仪器的应用软件,实现了包括信号采集、分析、显示、数据存储和通信功能的软件系统;并对该软件进行了计算机仿真调试。

【Abstract】 The rapidly developing of science and technology has nowadays greatly promoted the growth of analysis instruments, specially the on-line portable instrument with small size, high performance. Portable instruments are those which are used in industrial environment to view and analysis real-time signals detected from running machines and provide operators with correlative information about the condition of the machines. Based on the advanced embedded computer and network technology along with the embedded operational system such as WindowsCE, the instruments can gather many functions such as transmitting and measurement, compensatory computation, signal analysis and processing into one instrument. In this paper a portable instrument for vibration measurement with embedded computer system was discussed. Based on WindowsCE real-time operation system the software of this instrument was designed and developed with EVC computer language. The Function of this software was simulated and tested. The Software has friendly interface. It is easy to operate and expand , universal. In the software the virtual instruments technology was used. It used touch screen, which makes operation easier and faster.
