VRMT-4数控加工仿真系统的关键技术研究与开发

【摘要】 随着市场需求的变化及信息技术的发展,将信息技术应用于制造业是现代制造业发展的必由之路。虚拟制造及计算机仿真的出现正好满足了现代制造企业的需要。针对机械加工行业的发展现状,作者以数控加工中心为仿真对象,设计开发了一个基于第三方图形显示平台的数控加工仿真系统。本系统通过VC++与UG/OPEN API的联合开发,实现了NC代码的仿真及加工过程中刀具与机床附加零部件及工件的碰撞与干涉检查。本系统具备NC代码检查、翻译功能,能生成无干涉刀具轨迹,能进行加工过程中刀头与机床附加零部件的碰撞检查。论文重点研究了虚拟制造环境的装配建模技术,分析了装配误差的产生及校正方法,解决了采用直接实体造型法显示速度慢,实时性差的问题,具有较强的实用性。

【Abstract】 With the change of the market demands and the development of information technology, it’s necessary and critical for the development of modern manufacturing industries to apply IT technology. Their evolvement and application are described in this paper and the latter important role in numerical control process is stressed. In view of the development situation of mechanical industry, with the numerical control machine center as a simulated object, the paper fulfills a numerical control process simulation system based on the third party graphics display platform, which realizes the simulation of NC codes and the examination on collision and interference between the cutter and workpieces attached to the machine tool. Due to its NC code examination and translation functions, this system can both create non-interference cut path and perform collision examination on the cutter and the parts in machine tools. In conclusion, this paper focuses on the modeling technology of assembly in virtual manufacturing environments, analyzes the cause of assembly error and gives its revise arithmetic, and solves the problems of low display speed and real time by the entity modeling method. This system can be widely applied in production.
