拱坝坝肩稳定分析可视化软件设计

【摘要】 随着计算机科学技术飞速发展,拱坝稳定分析的手段也越来越多样化,而拱坝坝肩稳定是拱坝稳定重要前提,因而它也就成为一个重要的研究课题。本文对拱坝坝肩稳定分析方法进行概述,较为深入的研究了刚体极限平衡法,以及非线性有限元在ANSYS中的运用。 针对传统程序的存在问题,非直观、不易操作特点,以刚体极限平衡法为基本分析方法,Visual Basic作为操作平台,结合AutoCAD图形软件,完成了刚体极限平衡法二维、三维坝肩稳定分析程序设计,使之具有直观性,可视性、易操作性,为设计人员提供了具有友好界面的工程使用软件 目前我国西部在建和将建一批300m级的高拱坝,运用有限元方法计分析拱坝稳定性、评判大坝安全度十分有必要。因此对大型结构分析软件ANSYS的三维非线性计算功能进行了深入研究,在此基础上完成了基于非线性有限单元法的高拱坝坝肩稳定计算分析。对工程人员应用国际通用结构计算软件,解决稳定分析问题,提供了一个使用的计算方案。 以小湾拱坝为例,进行三维非线性有限元仿真分析,分析其在正常工况下坝体、坝肩应力位移及断层对坝体影响情况。而后用降低强度法对坝体基岩的安全贮备进行分析。

【Abstract】 With development of computer science, the analytic method of stability of arch dam abutment is more and more diversification. The stability of arch dam abutment is important prerequisite of stability of arch dam, so it becomes an important research subjects. In this paper, author has a summary to method of stability of arch dam abutment, research method of limited rigid body equilibrium and nonlinear FEM simulation analysis for arch dam designs based on ANSYS.Because of limit that invisibility and discommodious in anciently program, based on the method of limited rigid body equilibrium, using visual program language VB and connect AutoCAD, realize plane and solid programme of abutment analysis of arch dam, provide alternation interface for designer.Presently, our country constructing and will construct high 300m arch dam, it is important to judge security based on nonlinear FEM analysis. Basic theory of nonlinear FEM analysis and its realization in ANSYS were studied. Accomplish stability analysis of high arch dam abutment based on nonlinear FEM analysis. For the engineers, applying the general international construction calculation software, solving stability analysis problem, provides a usage calculation project.Finally, take xiaowan arch dam for example, create modeled and FEM simulation analysis was performed, analyse the stress and displacement of the body and abutment of the dam and the infection of the faultage on the body of the dam under the normal work state Analysis margin of security to dam bedrock in method of reduce intensity of dam bedrock.
