Ka点波束天线伺服系统

【摘要】 论文来源于航天预研项目—Ka天线伺服系统。在文中,阐述了基于单片机控制的双自由度天线伺服系统,研究了双自由度伺服系统工作原理、设计技术以及工程实际问题。 在论文中分析了该天线伺服系统的总体结构方案,设计了数字式控制电路以及控制程序。该系统基于80C31单片机为主控制器,采用了混合式稀土永磁步进电机为执行部件,并以双通道旋转变压器为天线位置传感器。由于采用了合理的控制策略,使得系统运行平稳、控制精度高,达到了高精度、低功耗、多功能切换的指标要求。为以后进行的星星通讯天线伺服系统研究奠定基础。 论文还另外针对相关项目的研究,讨论了一种简化的增量式PID算法,并很好的应用在该相关项目中。

【Abstract】 This paper originates from a space pre-research project named Ka antenna servo system. In the paper, the writer formulates dual degrees antenna servo system based on Micro-Computer control, and studies the operating principle, design technology, and project problem of the dual degrees antenna servo system.In the paper, after analyzing the gross structure scheme of the antenna servo system, it is introduced how to design the digital control circuit and the control program. The system adopts 80C31 MCU as the main controller, hybrid Rare-Earth permanent magnet stepper motor as the execution component, bio-passage rotary transformer as antenna position sensor. The system runs stably with a high control precision because of appropriate control strategy and meets the desired system value of high precision, low dissipation, multi-function switching. It establishes the foundation of the research about satellites communication antenna servo system.In the research of relative projects, the simplified incremental PID algorithm is discussed , and it is well applied to the relative projects.
