基于知识的计算机辅助飞机装配协调系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文采用面向对象方法、误差分析方法、运用知识处理技术、人机交互技术,重点研究了计算机辅助装配协调图表的设计及协调准确度的计算问题。通过对飞机装配协调系统设计过程的分析,结合洪都航空集团公司的实际情况,开发了一个基于知识的计算机辅助飞机装配协调系统。该系统采用模块化结构,具有自动设计协调图表、编辑协调图表、协调准确度计算和统计工时成本等功能。 通过对各种互换协调方法的分析,进行了整机协调方案设计。采用基于对象类的产生式规则,分析了影响工艺装备选择的因素,总结出工艺装备选择的规则,建立了一个开放且易于扩充、维护的动态知识库。将工艺装备与原始依据之间的协调关系总结为十三个典型模型,通过这些模型的综合来确定它们之间的协调关系。开发出基于知识的自动决策系统,该系统通过交互编辑,实现了协调关系的智能化辅助决策和协调图表的快速设计。 从系统误差和随机误差两方面分析影响协调准确度的因素,建立协调准确度计算模型。研究了解决协调问题的主要方法,由此开发出协调准确度计算软件,具有交互式信息输入、自动计算、合理分配公差等功能。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studied how to design computer aided assembling coordination charts and calculate coordination accuracy , which adopted object-oriented method, error analyzing ,knowledge disposing technology and human-machine interaction technology. By analyzing the procedure of aircraft assembling coordination, according to the realities of HongDu Aviation Industry Group, the author implemented a knowledge-based computer aided aircraft assembling coordination system. This archetype system adopted modularization framework and had the following functions : automatically designing and editing coordination charts, calculating coordination accuracy and man-hour cost.A coordination project of whole aircraft is established by analyzing each ways and means interchange and coordination. Adopted generative rule based on object class, concluded the rule of fixture choosing, author implemented an open easily extendable and maintainable dynamic repository. Thirteen quintessence models are concluded about the coordination relation between fixture and original data, which are synthesized to develop knowledge-based automatic decision-making system. This system realizes intelligent design of coordination relation and edits coordinate charts easily and efficiently through alternant compilation.Author established the model of calculating coordination accuracy by analyzing coordination accuracy through system error and random error. In this paper, coordination accuracy calculating program is developed based on studying the main way and method of solving coordination problem, which is able to calculate self-motion and distribute tolerance in reason through input alternant information.
