基于智力资本的科研机构核心竞争力研究

【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来，知识作为一项最重要的资产已经从劳动中独立出来，核心竞争力的形成将不再依赖于物质资本。在我国科研机构体制改革进一步深化的今天，迫切要求科研机构建立核心竞争力，以更好地承担起国家科研主体的重担。在提高科技成果转化速度以及科研机构企业化转型的过程中，智力资本与核心竞争力的密切关系正在逐步成为科研机构关注和研究的焦点。在人才和知识密集的科研机构中，智力资本已经成为其形成核心竞争力的最关键因素。 本文在对智力资本和核心竞争力理论进行研究的基础上，分析了科研机构智力资本的构成，借鉴核心竞争力的一般形成模型，提出了建立基于智力资本的科研机构核心竞争力的模型。科研机构可以通过内部识别和外部识别两条识别途径对自身智力资本进行识别，了解其智力资本的内容，明确其智力资本的发展的重点领域和目标方向，运用智力资本指数、知识密度等方法，建立智力资本的评价指标体系，对其进行评估并建立智力资本知识库。通过对智力资本知识库中人力资本价值的提取、智力资产的发展和保护，最终形成基于智力资本的科研机构核心竞争力。论文最后通过该模型在某一科研机构中的实际应用，对建立基于智力资本的科研机构核心竞争力进行了进一步的阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the arrivals of knowledge economy, knowledge has already become a most important asset. Material capital is not the only factor of core competence again. In order to play better role in the subject of national scientific research, scientific research institution is required to form core competence urgently. During the process of the scientific research institution reforming, the close relationship of intellectual capital and the core competence is becoming the focus that the scientific research institution pays more attention on. Talent and knowledge is intensive in the scientific research institution, the intellectual capital has already become the most important factor during forming its core competence.Based on the intellectual capital theory and core competence theory, this paper has analyzed the composition of the intellectual capital of scientific research institution. Depend on the generally model of core competence, this paper propose the core competence model based on the intellectual capital of scientific research institution. The scientific research institution can discern one’s own intellectual capital through two ways. One is the inside way and the other is the outside way. And it can know the contents of capital and clear its key field and goal directions of development by those ways. We can set up a evaluate system of intellectual capital by the methods such as the capital index of intelligence, knowledge density, etc. Then it is able to evaluate the intellectual capital and set up the capital knowledge base. Finally form the Core competence of scientific research institution based on intellectual capital through drawing the value of human capital and protecting the intellectual assets. At the end of this paper the practical application of this model is analyzed in a certain scientific research institution and some further exposition in setting up Core competence of scientific research institution based on intellectual capital are referred.更多还原
