次级整流点焊电流波形液晶显示与控制

【摘要】 单相次级整流点焊因其输入容量小、热效率高、功率因数高、焊接质量优良等一系列独特的优点,在工业生产中广泛使用。但是,目前单相次级整流电阻焊机的控制系统,基本上借用单相交流电阻焊机的控制系统,因而无法满足单相次级整流设备及工艺方面的特殊要求。 本文针对上述问题进行了基于89C52单相次级整流点焊控制系统及SED1335F电流波形液晶显示系统的硬件电路设计,通过理论分析建立了主电力电路精确的数学模型及控制角合理的移相范围,在先期工艺试验基础上提出了一种利用电流波形上升斜率进行单相次级整流点焊磁补偿的新方法。在软件设计中,电流百分数Ⅰ%的步长选为0.25%,控制角α的步长选为0.018°,网路电压运用半周补偿的方法,使控制系统的精度大大提高。系统采用C51与汇编混合编程的方式,对参数读入子程序、液晶显示子程序、网压及磁补偿子程序、延时子程序等进行模块化设计,软件易读、易移植、易维护,且开发周期大大缩短。 本文设计的控制系统软、硬件均已通过调试。结果表明,系统的控制功能达到设计要求,可实现单相次级整流点焊过程控制及焊接电流波形的液晶实时显示。 本文研制成功的单相次级整流89C52单片机控制及焊接电流波形的实时液晶显示系统,具有重要的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 With a series of unique characteristics such as low input capacity, high thermal efficiency, big power factor, excellent welding joints, and so on, the single phase secondary rectifying spot welding has widely been used in industry. However, the controlling system of single-phase secondary rectifying spot welding machine is basically AC spot welding machine’s, so it is not fit for special spot welding technology.Therefore, hardware circuits of controlling system on the single secondary rectifying spot welding and liquid crystal system to display current waveforms are designed on base of an 89C52 SCM and a SED1335F LCD controller. Based on theoretic analysis, the precise mathematic mode of controlling system and a reasonable phase-shifting range of controlling angle are established, and in allusion to the rising slope of current waveforms, a new method on magnetic compensation is put forward on the base of pre-technologic experimentation for single phase secondary rectifying spot welding. During the course of designing software, a step of /% and controllingangle a are set to 0.25% and 0.018? respectively, and the voltage is compensated inhalf-cycle, which evidently enhances controlling system’s precision. In this thesis, all of programs are made with C51 and Assembler. What’s more, it is helpful to read, transplant, maintenance, and also to shorten develop cycle that subprograms about reading weld parameters, voltage and magnetic compensation, liquid crystal display and delay are respectively designed to a single module.The hardware and software system above has successfully been debugged, and the debug results prove it available that the system can achieve single phase secondary rectifying spot welding process and real-time display weld current waveforms on the liquid crystal screen, which accords with design purpose.In a word, the system of single-phase secondary rectifying spot welding controlled by an 89C52 SCM and real-time displaying weld current waveforms with liquid crystal is of important engineering value in the future.
