人机工程设计信息系统研究

【摘要】 论文课题来源于国家863计划A类项目——《面向产品创新的计算机辅助概念设计技术的研究》(No.2002AA411110)和《面向信息家电的三维数字化定制设计关键技术研究》(No.2002AA411120) 以分析工业产品人机工程设计过程中所需要的信息资源为出发点,在深入研究信息系统原理,人机工程设计理论知识和网络数据库技术的基础上,运用软件工程和结构化分析方法建立了一种人机工程设计的信息系统框架。该系统采用B/S体系结构,运用IDEF系列方法进行了系统功能建模,信息建模。设计了人体测量、人机设计信息参考等系统数据库。实现了二维人体模板人体测量数据查询、人机设计实例查询和网络数据管理等系列功能。通过系统原型的实现,并以企业机床设计实践为例验证了该系统不仅具有提供人机工程设计基本信息查询的功能,而且能在知识转化、信息获取与交流等更高层次上辅助设计师及其设计过程,可有效提高工业产品人机设计的效率和质量。

【Abstract】 This paper stems from the project of National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (Type A), named"Research Faced to Computer Aided Definition Design about Product Innovation" (No.2002AA411110) and"Research on Key Technology of 3D Digital Customized Design of Information Domestic Appliances" (No.2002AA411120).The paper analyzes the information needed by designers in Ergonomics Design process, constructing an Information System frame on Ergonomics Design field on the basis or principles of Information System, theories of Ergonomics Design and network-based database technology. The Ergonomics Design Information System is based on B/S structure. The function model and information model is established by IDEF method. The human body measurement database and the ergonomics design reference database are also designed and established. The sysytem realizes a series of functions, including metrical data inquiry about two-demention human template, instance inquiry about ergonomics design, management about network-based database.With realizing the system’s prototype, it has been proved that this system can aid designers in different levels, such as knowledge transformation, information acquirement and communication. The result confirms that this system can improve the efficiency and quality of ergonomics design.
