5kVA单相高频软开关航空静止变流器模块并联系统的研究

【摘要】 多模块并联实现大容量航空静止变流器是当今变换技术发展的重要方向之一。多个模块并联分担负载功率,使各个模块中主开关器件的电流应力大大减小,从根本上提高可靠性、降低成本和提高功率密度,并可灵活构成各种功率能量。 本文采用公用电压外环方案,实现了五台1kVA基于高频零电压软开关航空静止变流器模块的并联输出。每台航空静止变流器模块均为电压、电流双环控制,通过公用电压调节器稳定并联系统的输出电压及频率,同时产生统一的模块电流给定信号。各并联模块工作于电流滞环跟踪模态,从而实现各航空静止变流器模块的均流并联。该电路具有简单可靠、均流精度高、体积小、重量轻和组合方便等优点,可以有效地提高航空静止变流器的可靠性、可扩展性及可维护性。

【Abstract】 Aviation static inverter (ASI) modules working in parallel are a new way to expand supply system capacity and it is one of the vital region power electronics. Each parallel module takes its share of the load, so the current stress for power switch reduced greatly. Higher reliability, lower cost and higher power density can be achieved by this way for large capacity power system and also system configuration becomes more flexible.The ASI parallel system in this thesis is presented based on common voltage loop control. The system is made up of five paralleled modules based on high-frequency zero-voltage-switch 1kVA ASI. Each module is controlled by voltage-current two closed-loops. The common voltage loop controls system output voltage & frequency, and generates a common reference current signal. Each module tracks the signal as current source module under current hysterisis control, therefore each paralleled module shares the load current. The system proves the high power density and the flexibility. The reliability, the expand ability and the maintenance of ASI system are effectively improved.
