基于PCI数据采集卡的飞机供电参数测试系统的应用研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的高速发展,基于计算机的虚拟仪器在工程、科研、国防和医疗等领域中得到了越来越多的应用。尤其是PCI总线的发展以及图形界面操作系统的出现,大大提高了虚拟仪器的性能以及使用的便利性。飞机供电参数测试系统是一种重要的虚拟仪器,能够完成对飞机供电信号的采集、监控、分析及信息提取等工作,并方便地利用计算机软件对数据进行特定的后续处理。 本文深入研究了飞机供电系统各项测试参数指标的测试方法,并结合数字信号处理的一些优化算法,如基2FFT、拉格朗日插值等,设计出了实用的测试系统。在对测试系统进行设计的过程中,均依据美国军用标准MIL-STD-704C,从而又验证了本系统的实用性和先进性。 对于软硬件结合的部分,即PCI数据采集卡的驱动设计部分,本文也进行了一定程度的研究,比如双缓冲读取数据方法的提出,以及一些驱动程序类库的开发。 最后对实测过程中出现的一些问题,诸如图像闪烁、系统校验等,本文都做了进一步探讨并做出了改进。

【Abstract】 As a result of rapid development of computer technology, virtual instrument based computer has been widespread accepted in engineering, science, state defense, medical equipment. Especially, development of PCI bus and emerge of graphics interface operation system have greatly increased performance and convenience of virtual instrument. Measure system for Aircraft electrical power supply (MSAEPS) is a kind of important virtual instrument, which can acquire, observe and analyze signal of aircraft electrical power supply system (AEPSS), then do some special treatment to acquired data by computer software.In this paper, I deeply researched measuring methods of parameter guideline to AEPSS, combined with some optimizing arithmetic in digital signal processing, such as FFT, method of Lagrange inserting value, and designed practicable measuring system. During process of designing, all method is based on American military standard MIL-STD-704C, which validated practicability and advantage of this MSAEPS.In the part of interface of software and hardware, which is actually driver of PCI data acquire card, I do some research work, such as reading data by double buffers, and some class libraries of driver.Finally, aimed at some new questions occurred in actual measuring, such as unstable twinkle of graphics, system calibrating, I have done more research work and offered amelioration.
