基于虚拟仪器的高速水洞数据采集系统开发

【摘要】 西北工业大学高速水洞实验室自1980年代初投入使用以来,运行稳定、维护良好,而其数据采集系统和现今科技已不匹配,有必要开发一套经济实用且相对智能化的新系统来取代它。 结合计算机技术和传统测试技术发展起来的虚拟仪器,是当今乃至以后测试系统的发展方向。美国NI公司走在虚拟仪器的发展前沿,其PXI系统和LabVIEW软件平台可以说是满足水洞数据采集系统改造的最佳组合。本文以虚拟仪器为切入点,重点研究了高速水洞数据采集系统,并详细地给出了其硬件组成和基于数据库的软件设计方案。 本文对数字滤波技术进行了讨论,提出了一种新颖的数字滤波方法,并通过实验对其可行性进行验证。为弥补LabVIEW里数字滤波器子程序欠缺之不足,本文研究了LabVIEW和Visual C++环境下应用动态链接库DLL技术对数字滤波器进行开发的方法。 本文介绍了基于WEB的网络化测试技术,并将开发的新系统提升到网络化测试的层次。实验结果表明,测试系统的功能和性能基本达到了设计的要求,实现了参数的自动化测试、处理以及网络测试功能,满足实际应用的需要。

【Abstract】 With the R&D of the Water Tunnel Data Acquisition System which is based on the Virtual Instruments technology, the paper presents the method to develop VI systems.The paper researches the software structure and system architecture of VI, also proposes a new software structure in which the exchange of data can be done via database. The software structure lowers the degree of conjunction among software models, making the testing system easy to adapt to further demands.Based on the research of digital filtering, the paper presents a new digital filtering method and analyzes its feasibility. The paper also introduces the method of subroutine programming to Lab VIEW with Dynamic Link Library (DLL) supporting its significant property. By extending Digital Filter subroutines, it supplies a gap to Lab VIEW.Covering networking test function to this acquisition system, the paper presents the method of networking test based on WEB and introduces its relative technology.The result of the experiment indicates that the system’s functions and capabilities catch the requirement of the devise and applications. Comparing with the traditional method, the new system strikingly reduces manual work and increases the test and processing efficiency.
