产品协同设计工具集的研究和开发

【摘要】 随着制造业的不断发展,在产品全生命周期管理中,由于设计人员、制造人员、管理人员等共同协同工作的要求,促使轻量级的网络CAD协同工具发展起来。 本论文主要结合“可内嵌到PLMS的客户端协同设计平台开发”课题进行研究,并且开发出一个基于MAS结构的、轻量级的网络CAD协同工具集。本论文的主要研究工作如下: 1.综合使用UML、KQML、XML等技术,并结合实际来设计了一套完整的支持协同设计的通讯语言; 2.通过对JATLite通讯平台的改进,提供了一个基于B/S结构、可扩充的协同设计支撑平台; 3.实现了会议管理、协同浏览、协同批注、远程鼠标、电子白板等协同工具的集成; 4.用实现的CAD协同设计工具集来进行协同设计过程

【Abstract】 With the development of the manufacturing, because of the need of supporting to the designer, the manufacturing engineer and the manager to cooperative work on the Product Lifecycle Management(PLM) System, the light-level and networking Computer Aided-Design(CAD) collaborative tools has grown up.This paper integrates the development of client collaborative design platform embed in the PLMS, studied and developed a MAS (Multi-Agent System) based and light-level, networking CAD collaborative tools. The main research works are as follow:1 Integrate UML, KQML and XML technology, a full communication messages which support Collaborative Design are created base on the practice.2 According to the improving on the JATLite communication platform, a B/S based structure and expandable Collaborative Design supporting platform are offered3 The integration of session manage, collaborative browse, collaborative annotate, remote mouse and electronic white-board are realized4 The collaborative design process is supported by using CAD collaborative design tools
