基于事例推理的知识发现

【摘要】 随着企业信息化的发展,数据库技术广泛应用于质量管理中,航空企业积累了大量的数据,如何发现这些数据背后隐藏的有用信息以及运用这些信息指导生产,成为企业亟待解决的问题。 本文将基于事例推理技术应用于质量管理过程中,为管理人员解决问题提供决策支持。本文主要工作和创新是研究和建立了质量信息模型,并以此为基础,实现了质量信息管理原型系统;论文对基于事例推理技术的事例检索过程做了研究:在特征辨识中研究了自然语言理解、自动分词等相关技术,在初步匹配中研究了特征权值的确定,在最佳选定中研究了相似度的计算。 最后,采用面向对象的编程语言Java为开发环境,设计并实现了该原型系统。

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, Data Base Management System (DBMS) is widely used in quality management (QM), mass data has been accumulated in Database of enterprise during the process of quality management. How to find the valuable knowledge contained in these data and how to use them to serve the production of enterprise have become a problem to be settled urgently.In this paper, Case-based Reasoning (CBR) System for QM is presented, which provides decision support for enterprise. Quality information model is presented and prototype of quality information process is performed in this paper. The procedure of case retrieval of CBR technique is discussed. In feature recognition, these techniques, natural language understanding, automatic separation of terms have been studied. Then, feature weights in primary matching and similarity analysis in optimal selection are considered.At last, the design and implement of the prototype is given with the Object Oriented language Java.
