ADCM电梯速度控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文在对电梯现有的几种运行速度控制系统分析的基础上,提出了一种新的ADCM(Absolute Distance Control Model)电梯速度控制系统,该系统大大优化了电梯速度控制的性能。本文还成功研发了ADCM电梯速度控制器。该控制器具有智能化程度高、硬件成本低、体积小、运行可靠等特点。 整个论文分为以下几个部分: 简述了电梯速度控制技术的发展和现代电梯速度控制的特点;分析了现有电梯速度控制的方法;提出了课题的难点和本文的创新点。 1、比较了几种常用井道信号装置的优缺点;具体分析了电梯现有的几种运行方式;并指出它们的不足。 2、提出了ADCM系统。ADCM采用速度反馈和绝对位置反馈两种反馈控制方式,从而组成了一个双闭环控制结构;针对系统中存在的时滞现象,运用了时滞补偿控制Smith算法,使系统性能得到进一步优化。文中还在对各种电梯运行曲线进行分析比较的基础上,把正弦曲线作为ADCM的理想速度曲线。 3、阐述了ADCM控制器的硬件设计;说明了各个模块的功能及其实现的方式。阐述了ADCM控制器的软件设计;阐述了各个功能模块(如通讯模块、曲线生成模块、控制算法模块等)的实现及它们之间协调工作的方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the several lift running control systems, the thesis carries out a new ADCM(Absolute Distance Control Model) running control system for lift. This system can largely improve the running performance of lift. This thesis designed and manufactured highly intelligent ADCM controller, which not only runs credibly, but also cost lowly. This thesis concludes the following parts:l.The thesis shortly describes the development of lift running control technology and the point of modern method. The difficulties and inventions were carried out.2.The thesis compares several current well signals and analyses the current running methods of lift. The shortages of them were carried out.3. The ADCM system was brought forward. The system has two closed loops. One is velocity feedback, the other is absolute position feedback. Because of the time lag in the system, Smith arithmetic for compensating time lag was used in the system. Based on the analysis of the current lift velocity curve, sine curve was used as the ideal velocity curve of the system.4.The hardware design of the ADCM controller was carried out. The function and how to design of every module of the controller was illuminated. The thesis also explains how to design the function models, (such as communication model, curve building model and control arithmetic model etc.) in the software of the controller. The method of corresponding these models was also illuminated.
