基于PETRI网的电梯控制系统故障诊断研究

【摘要】 本文运用Petri网理论建立了电梯控制系统正常运行故障检测Petri网模型及其功能运行故障检测Petri网模型;提出逻辑故障诊断Petri网模型,并将其运用到电梯控制系统故障诊断中,取得良好效果。本文具体内容包括: 1、从控制系统故障诊断入手,深入研究电梯控制系统的控制机理,采用时间Petri网理论,对电梯控制系统正常运行和功能运行进行了Petri网建模。该模型不仅可用于电梯控制系统的故障检测,还为电梯控制系统的故障诊断奠定了基础。 2、基于Petri网的逻辑故障诊断模型是本文的核心。针对Petri网在故障诊断中的不足,在已有的故障诊断Petri网理论基础上,提出逻辑故障诊断Petri网模型,并将之用到电梯控制系统故障诊断中,成功地解决了电梯控制系统故障诊断中一果多因的诊断难题。 3、设计制作了串行数据交换板。该板不仅可以完成数据的采集发送,还可用本文设计的计算机程序配合下进行自检。用它代替并行数据采集板,大大降低了系统的成本。 4、设计并实现了电梯控制系统故障诊断软件。测试人员可以在计算机上,面对友好的测试界面对电梯控制系统进行端口测试,正常运行和功能运行测试及故障诊断。

【Abstract】 Using Petri nets theory, this thesis carries out lift controller’s normal running Petri net model and function running Petri net model. It is successful to use logic fault diagnosis Petri net model, which is brought forward by the thesis, into lift controller fault diagnosing. This thesis has done the following work:After studied the development of fault detection and diagnostic techniques in china and lift controller’s running process, using time Petri net, this thesis carries out lift controller’s normal running Petri net model and function running Petri net model. These models not only can be used in lift controller’s fault detection, but also lay the foundation for lift controller’s fault diagnosis.The modeling of logic fault diagnosis problem based on Petri net is the emphasis of the dissertation. Due to the shortage of Petri net in fault diagnosis, this thesis brings forward logic fault diagnosis Petri net model. This model was used into the lift fault diagnosis and the multi-fault and conflict problems in lift controller’s fault diagnosis were solved successfully.This thesis designed serial communication data exchange circuit board, which not only can transmit and collect 24V DC signals, but also can detect the fault of itself with the fault diagnosis software in the thesis. Lift controller’s fault diagnosis system’s cost is largely reduced by using the board, which was replaced the parallel communication board.Lift controller’s fault diagnosis software was carried out. Using the software and facing the friendly computer interface, tester can finish the ports test, normal running and function running test and fault diagnosis.
