径向柱塞泵静压支承圆柱副性能研究

【摘要】 液压泵作为液压系统的关键元件,其性能的好坏往往会直接影响整个液压系统的工作可靠性。由于径向柱塞泵具有柱塞与缸体内孔均为圆柱面,易达到高精度的配合等结构特点,因此,比轴向柱塞泵耐冲击、寿命长、容积效率高、控制精度高。我国从80年代末90年代初很多科研机构与生产厂家开始研究开发这种产品,但都不能解决转子与配流轴、滑靴与定子两对摩擦副烧研的问题。 本文提出一种新的径向柱塞泵,该泵采用滚子—柱塞副代替了传统的柱塞—定子副,并对该泵重要摩擦副的静态特性和动态特性进行了研究。 本专题的研究内容主要包括: 1、柱塞泵的运动学分析,包括柱塞相对于缸体、滚子相对于柱塞运动分析; 2、柱塞组件的受力分析,对定子的支承反力、缸孔与柱塞间的正压力、缸孔与柱塞间的摩擦力进行仿真分析; 3、对静压支承圆柱副的静态特性进行研究; 4、对圆柱副油膜挤压承载能力的计算公式进行推导,建立了静压支承圆柱副油膜动态特性方程,利用MATLAB中的SIMULINK工具箱对所建立的圆柱副油膜动态特性进行动态仿真; 5、对柱塞与缸孔之间的特殊圆环缝隙的泄漏流量公式进行了推导,得到了该圆环缝隙泄漏流量计算公式的修正系数。

【Abstract】 With the industry technology developing, hydraulic transmission becomes one of the technologies developed quickly in the mechanism equipments, especially in the latest year. As a key part of the hydraulic system, hydraulic pump plays such an important role that its performance exerts direct influence upon the reliability of the whole hydraulic system. Owing to the cylindrical surface of piston and jar hole, radial piston pump can be assembled accurately. Compared with the axial piston pump, the radial piston pump is better against impact, moreover, it has longer life, higher cubage efficiency and higher control precision. Since 1990, many research organizations and factories have been engaged in the research on radial piston pump in our country, but their efforts resulted badly. The main difficulty lies in solving the problem of the friction between rotor and oil axis, slipper and stator.In this paper, a new radial piston pump is brought out. The traditionalstator-piston is replaced by rotor-piston in this pump. The both propertiesof static state and the dynamic of the oil-film of this friction pair areanalyzed.The main contents dealt with in this thesis are following:1 .The kinematics of radial piston pump including the movement ofpiston relative to jar and that of roller relative to piston.2. The received forces of the piston and the roller were analyzed. The bearing force of the stator, the positive pressure and the friction between the jar hole and piston were simulated.3. There are some researches on the static state property of the column pair based on the hydrostatic bearing, including support force, support property equation, stiffness property and static balance equation.4. The calculation formula of the extrusion bearing force of the column pair was educed, so as to be ready for dynamic simulation of the oil film of the column pair based on hydrostatic support. The dynamic equation of the oil film on the column pair was established. By application of the SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB, the simulation models were obtained.5. The derivation of the leakage flow rate formula of the special annular clearance between the piston and cylinder under the condition of variable viscosity in the radial piston pumps was carried out, at same time, considering the questions of the eccentricity and the variable sealing lengthof piston friction pair, and the modified coefficient of the calculation formula of the flow-rate of the leakage was given.
