脉冲电晕—吸收法治理有机废气实验研究

Experimental Study on the Destruction of Volatile Organic Compounds by Pulse Corona Combined with Absorption

【摘要】 采用电晕放电等离子体与吸收法联用技术对甲苯、二氯甲烷、三氯乙烯的去除情况进行了研究。 实验中,考察了峰值电压、脉冲频率、载气中氧气浓度、停留时间、入口有机物浓度等因素对去除率的影响,结果表明:峰值电压提高,有利于VOCs的去除。当峰值电压从15kV提高到25kV时,甲苯、二氯甲烷、三氯乙烯的去除率分别从28.62%,9.77%和32.67%提高到62.64%,24.37%和65.72%;VOCs去除率还随着脉冲频率、停留时间、氧气浓度的增加而提高;入口有机物浓度对VOCs的去除存在较大影响,入口浓度越高,绝对去除量越大,相对去除率越低;在相同反应条件下,三种物质的去除率由高到低依次为:三氯乙烯、甲苯、二氯甲烷。这与其自身稳定程度是一致的;甲苯处理后的最终产物为CO2、CO和H2O。二氯甲烷和三氯乙烯的最终分解产物为CO2、CO、H2O和HCl。 通过实验还发现,电晕放电反应器与吸收装置联用,去除率有了一定程度的提高,并且不同的吸收液对去除率提高的程度也不同,采用10%NaOH作为吸收液效果好于以清水为吸收液。 扩大实验中,将原有流程进行了改造,对大流量有机废气的净化效果进行了初步实验,取得了一些基础数据。

【Abstract】 This paper investigated the removals of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as toluene, dichloromethane (DCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE) by pulsed corona combined with absorption.In the experiment, the influences of operation parameters like pulse voltage, pulse repetition rate, gas residence time, oxygen concentration and initial concentration of VOCs were investigated. Experimental result showed that the increase of pulse voltage is helpful to the removal of VOCs. When the pulse voltage was increased from 15 kV to 25 kV, the removals of toluene, DCE and TCE increased from28.62%, 9.77% and 32.67% to 62.64% 62.64% and to 65.72% respectively.With the increase of the gas residence time and oxygen in gas stream, the removals of these pollutants also increased. Among these three pollutants, TCE is much easier to decompose than toluene and DCE, which may be ascribed to their differences in chemical structures. The final products of the destructions were analyzed as CO, CO2 and H2O for toluene and CO, CO2 , H2O and HC1 for TCE and DCE.Aiming at improving the decomposition, a combination of pulsed corona reactor with downstream adsorption was devised. It was found that this kind of combination was helpful to the decomposition.Finally, an enlargement experiment was performed to evaluate the feasibility of this system to industrial application.
