基于INTERNET的大型桥梁远程监测系统研究

【摘要】 桥梁远程监测是利用有线或无线通信方式实现桥梁状态实时远程监测的方法,它改变了传统的以人工为主的监测手段,大大提高了桥梁监测的自动化程度,提高了对桥梁结构损坏和突发事件的反应速度,节约人力物力,是国内外的热点研究领域。 随着互联网技术的不断发展,利用Internet网络所提供的公用平台来实现数据的远程传输越来越成为一种非常便捷的信息传递手段,本设计中就是采用Internet网络来实现桥梁状态的远程监测。完整的监测系统由数据采集、数据传输和数据处理三部份组成。数据采集部分负责收集传感器上的状态信息并将这些信息按照一定的格式传送给上位机;数据传输部分将下位机送上来的状态信息按照网络协议通过Internet网络传送给远端控制中心的客户机;数据分析处理部分由系统数据库配合相应的数据分析处理软件来完成数据的最终汇总、分析以及做出相应的决策响应。 论文在详细分析了桥梁结构特点并结合本领域的研究发展现状的基础上,给出了完整的系统软硬件构成以及设计过程,分别对服务器端和客户端的程序运行情况进行了详细描述,并给出了实验条件下的程序运行结果,分析了出现问题的可能原因和改进方法。本系统设计完成的主要工作有:(1)系统硬件设计:主要是由基于RS-485总线和单片机组成的分布式多路数据采集系统;(2)系统软件设计:使用单片机C语言设计了单片机工作程序,使用Visual Basic语言完成了系统中客户端、服务器端应用程序设计,其中包括数据采集部分中的串行口通信程序设计和Client/Server模式下的远程数据传输程序设计,使用SQL server 2000完成了远程数据库的构建工作。 桥梁空间结构巨大,约束点多,结构变形复杂,对于它的健康监测涉及到建筑学、力学、通信、数据融合、模态识别、误差分析等多学科、多领域的知识,具有相当大的难度,是涉及多学科、多领域的前沿科学,该领域中还有许多问题值得我们去研究和探讨。

【Abstract】 Bridge health remote monitoring is a method to monitor a bridge in lineate or wireless way in real time, it changes the traditional way of monitoring by manpower, works more automatically, highly increase the response speed when any structure breakage is happened, save manpower and material resource, through this method, people can also manage many bridges in one place remotely.As the fast development of communication technology, it turns into a convenience way to transmit data through Internet between long distance, the author uses this method in this paper. This bridge health remote monitoring system consists of three parts: data acquisition, data transmission and data processing. The first part is a distributed system consists with Single Chip Micyoco, this part is designed to gather the state information of the bridge and send the data to computer as certain mode; The second part is designed to transfer the data to the clients in remote control center through internet; The third part consists of database system and analysis system, it proceses the data and gives a final conclusion.The paper gives the process of how to design the whole application system, describes how the Client terminal and the Server terminal works in detail, gives the final result of the application program, analysises the problem happened in the system and gives the way to resolve them. The design includes two parts: (l)hardware: the hardware system is mainly structured by distributed Single Chip Micyoco data processing system based on RS-485 bus;(2)software: this part designs the SCM program by C language, We use Visual Basic to design the Client and the Server application program, the whole software includes COM port communication program and remote data transmission, we also use SQL server 2000 to build the remote database system.Huge bridges have long interspace span, many binding point and complex structure, it involves many fields such as architecture, mechanics,communications, model identification, data fusion and error analysis, it is a popular research field in the world today, there still have many subjects waiting for us to resolve.
