【摘要】 随着工业和经济建设的高速发展，冷弯型钢生产日益扩大。面对市场机遇，基于Internet的技术服务正在逐渐成为今后发展的主要方向。目前，一些中小企业支付用于设计和制造过程模拟所需的软件和高端设备的高额费用具有一定的困难，但他们可以通过Internet远程访问高端系统来完成。本文首先简单介绍了冷弯型钢CAD技术及其网络化技术的研究现状。然后深入探讨了冷弯型钢CAD远程设计系统的实现过程。阐述了系统开发工具Java计算机语言，以及网络通讯技术在冷弯型钢CAD技术上的应用基本原理，并编制了网络应用程序Lw-CAD。归纳总结了冷弯型钢产品孔型设计的思想理论，在此基础上采用客户端/服务器端(C/S)、浏览器/服务器端(B/S)混和结构模式初步建立了冷弯型钢CAD系统网络化体系结构；设计建立了用户数据库系统，应用Java语言提供的JDBC技术实现访问数据库功能；利用VRML/Java网络编程技术解决了冷弯型钢产品三维图形网络终端的可视化再现等问题，方便了客户动态浏览设计效果。该网络化系统具备计算、绘制产品图、辊花图、三维模拟图、辊片图以及配辊图等多种功能，使企业和用户能够通过Web技术方便快捷的异地共享设计资源。本文为多品种冷弯型钢产品的网络化智能CAD在线设计研究，提供了参考，为冷弯型钢计算机辅助设计网络化进程奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of industry and economic, cold roll forming section is gave birth to broadening increasingly. Confront the marketplace favorable circumstances; the technical service of Internet is becoming the main orientation that developed in this days.Above all, the paper simply introduce cold roll forming CAD’s technique and network technique research. Then, thoroughly probe into the cold roll forming CAD’s realization process of network system. Represent the Java’s computer language that is a main tool finish the task, and explain the fundamental rule of application in cold roll forming CAD about the network and communication technique, Sum up the cold roll forming produce pass design idea theory, and on this base, adopt Client/Server blend with Browser/Server technology established network structure of cold roll forming CAD’s system; Resolve the issues such as cold roll forming product graphics form looking up on reappearance at network terminal by the network programming technique of VRML/Java and so on. This network system can offer some service such as calculation、draw the produce picture、rolling picture etc. By means of web’s technique the user can convenient enjoys the design remote resources at home.The paper supplied the reference miniature for more breeds cold roll forming product network and intelligent CAD design online, and settled the cold roll forming that the progress of network computer-aid design develop.更多还原
