SP轧机的动力学分析

【摘要】 连铸板坯在线调宽技术在整个轧制生产线上起着重要的作用,从某种意义上可以说,调宽技术是钢板轧制生产线的咽喉,是实现钢板大批量连续化生产的关键。SP(Sizing Press)大侧压定宽轧机(简称SP轧机),是日本石川岛播磨(IHI)上世纪80年代末开发的一项新的调宽技术,1996年底投产的我国宝钢1580热轧线采用了该设备,对扩大该厂的产品规格、增加产品产量起到了积极作用。 本文根据上海宝山钢铁股份有限公司与燕山大学签订的技术开发协议《SP受力分析及故障对策研究》。对SP轧机进行了全面深入地理论分析与试验研究,研究结果对掌握SP设备的工作原理及设备维护具有重要意义。 本文采用矢量方程法建立SP轧机侧压模块的运动学模型,将设备简化成具有同步运动和侧压运动的3自由度8杆机构,建立该机构的运动方程,较合理地对侧压模块的位移、速度与加速度的变化规律进行分析,计算结果与试验结果相吻合。 建立了SP轧机侧压模块和板坯整体有限元计算模型,模拟连续多次侧压过程中的板坯金属流动、应力、应变分布规律,对SP轧机轧制理论研究及生产工艺优化具有重要意义。同时,分析侧压过程中板坯产生“狗骨”的原因;通过对接触问题的求解,分析了板坯对侧压模块的冲击载荷,为SP轧机重要零部件的受力分析奠定了基础。 在机械系统动力学的基础上对SP轧机进行了刚弹耦合动力学和多刚体动力学的分析,通过现场实测数据与模拟结果的比较,刚弹耦合动力学模型模拟结果与实测数据更吻合。根据刚弹耦合动力学模型,考虑侧压连杆弹性变形情况下分析各运动副的受力规律及主要零部件的受力情况,确定臼头、臼座处载荷变化规律,计算曲柄轴承的寿命,为SP设备的使用与维护提供依据。

【Abstract】 It is important to adjust the casting slab width on the rolling product line. In some sense, it’s a vital on the continual rolling and in volume-produce of working. Sizing pressing which IHI explored in the 80’s of the previous century was imported by Bao steel in the thermal rolling at 1996. It’s significant to enlarge the category and increase yield.This thesis based on the exploitation agreement that Bao Steel company signed with Yanshan university , analyzed the movement ,dynamics and load character of sizing pressing, in addition analyzed the deform of slab ,at last research the load of the important component. The result of the research was important to hold dynamic characteristic and maintenance equipment.The mechanism of sizing pressing was simplified to have eight rod and three freedom. The paper found mathematic model of movement on the vector equation, realized the variety disciplinarian of the displacement, velocity and acceleration. The simulate result is consistent with result testing.The paper found the FEM model that the hammerhead presses the slab afterward analyzed the disciplinarian of stress, strain and the metal flowing velocity on the course of the continual rolling. It is significant to research the rolling theory and optimize the product technics. At the same time, analyzed the reason that brought the dog bone; analyzed the force that slab impacts on the hammerhead by researching the contact problem. The result establishes the foundation that study the force on the important accessory.Basing on the mechanism dynamics, founding the rigid model of the rigid and flexibility body. Comparing the simulate result with testing result, the flexibility model is rather than the model of rigid body. Based on the flexibility model, the paper studies the force on the joint and import accessory. At last, analyses the force and the libration of brace bearing ,at the same time calculated the life of the bearing.
