生物制药概念上市公司财务数据分析及发展建议

【摘要】 本文涉及的生物制药概念上市公司范围为中国大陆沪、深股市上市交易的公司，根据钱龙证券分析系统的概念版块统计，沪深股市涉及生物制药概念的上市公司共83家，按上市地分类上交所上市交易的共55家，深交所上市交易的共28家，按A、B股分类A股82家，B股1家。本文在分析83家涉及生物制药概念上市公司的财务数据过程中，重点选择了30家从主营业务收入、主营业务利润、经营业绩、公司产品、公司所在区域等方面都具有代表性的公司作为分析对象。自20世纪90年代以来，全球生物药品销售额以年均30％以上的速度增长。目前运用生物制药技术已创造了35种重要的治疗药物，年贸易额高达140亿美元。我国生物技术制药业虽已经过20多年的积累和发展，产生了可观的经济和社会效益，但就整体而言，仍处于起步阶段。本文按照我国生物制药业现状，生物制药概念上市公司财务数据分析，生物制药业面临的现实环境等的分析得出我国生物制药业的特性。并就此提出建设性建议，具体分析思路如下。第一章：对我国生物制药行业的基本评析,重点是生物制药行业的总体经营情况分析及与国外同行业发展对比,生物制药上市公司的基本情况分析,生物、生化制品的投入、产出分析得出我国生物制药行业现状。第二章：对生物制药上市公司财务数据的分析，得出我国生物制药企业的经营和财务特征，其中重点选取了具有代表性的30家公司2002年财务数据作了详实的盈利能力、营运能力和偿债能力分析，2001年生物制品公司财务数据的评析，以及典型生物制药企业天坛生物的生产、经营情况分析，概括出我国生物制药企业经营现状和特点。 <WP=5>第三章：主要分析我国生物制药面临的发展环境，国外生物制药的发展环境和运营模式，从而得出我国生物制药企业今后发展的一些启示。第四章：针对前述三章分析过程中得出的我国生物制药企业发展过程中面临的问题和弱势，提出通过加大研发投入、建立战略联盟、完善药品流通体制改革、推进并购和重组等措施，引导我国生物制药业的健康发展。发展中国的生物制药业，必须尽快的改善经营环境，保障药品在流通领域的快速、有序流转，降低生产企业的经营费用。加大科研投入，走仿制和自身研发相结合的新药发展道路。通过企业间或企业与科研机构间建立战略联盟，加速新药的研发，尽可能做到优势互补和资源优化配置，减少研究开发成本，提高研发成功率，使技术尽快转化为产品。在企业经营管理上，生物制药概念上市公司可以通过兼并、收购、重组等方式建立一批具有协同效应的医药企业集团，增强抗风险能力，以及参与国际生物技术竞争的能力。文章的主要特色：通过对生物制药概念上市公司经营情况和财务数据的分析，以及与国外同行业发展的对比，得出我国生物制药业的特征：1、产品附加值高，但由于税负相对较高和基础管理薄弱等因素未能体现较高的盈利能力。2、与国外相比产品研发投入严重不足，导致原创性产品较少。3、由于国内经营环境和药品流通现状，应收款项周转较慢，影响企业生产经营和再生产的投入。4、与国际生物制药企业相比，企业规模较小，缺乏竞争能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article deals with the 83 biological pharmacy companies on which are the joint-stock companies in main-land. In analyzing these companies’ financial data, we mainly select 33 typical companies of them and study their major revenue and profit, management performance product and companies’ locality.Since 90’s of last century, the sale of biological physic increases by 30% every year. All around the world recently, there are 35 important biological of medication coming into market and trade amount to 14 billion dollar every year. In China, though the biological pharmacy develop constantly and bring certain benefit during the past twenty years, on the whole, they are in initiative phrase and their curatorial industry’s production value. Through the complete document, the article analyzes enterprise’s management, major product, input and output etc. in biological pharmacy. Based on it, the article reflects the characteristic of management and finance in biological pharmacy. At the same time, considering that the global biological pharmacy has a great influence on our biological technology and advantage, disadvantage, chance. And it threatens our biological technology , we draw a conclusion: comparing with other biological pharmacy in the world, though our biological pharmacy show their high technological advantage and high additional value, it has recently brought low profit and is faced with many difficulties, especially in inputting on scientific research. In order to develop our biological pharmacy, we should improve the enterprise’s management, accelerate physic circling and decrease production cost. It is important to increase inputting into scientific <WP=7>research and invent new pharmacy independently. At the same time, domestic biological pharmacy should strengthen communication with each other. Through establishing the relationship with researching organization and other companies, the biological pharmacy enterprise could apply high technology into production and make the product step a new stage. By adopting a series of steps including annexation, purchase , reform ability in enterprise management, our biological pharmacy companies can combine into group and improve their ability in strengthening resistance to danger and taking part in competition with global enterprises.更多还原
