产品概念设计可视化辅助模型

【摘要】 本文首先从产品设计的一般过程、策略和方法入手,分析了概念设计的过程模型、特点,指出了概念设计的本质是创新。通过对创造性思维的探讨,指出创新方法和可视化技术可以加速创新进程和启发设计者的创造性,并着重研究了功能设计创新法和发明问题解决理论两种创新设计方法,指出它们思维上的导向性和技术上的可操作性,建立了系统的层次化的创新设计过程模型。通过归纳或整理功能原理解及冲突解决原理,并将其层次化、条理化,建立了相应的设计准则和数据库。根据以上研究,本文提出了以设计者为中心,以层次化的概念创新设计要素为主线,将原理化的设计思想、规则及方法有机地结合,并以多种可视化的形式展现其表达的内容和关系,建立集成的可视化辅助环境。通过有效的直观交互手段让设计者专注于设计的创造性构思。最后,实现了产品概念设计可视化辅助模型的软件原型,并以实例验证其实用性和有效性。

【Abstract】 The paper begins with general process, strategy, and method of product design,analyzes process model, characteristics of concept design, and points out the essence ofconcept design is creativity. From a discussion of creative thinking, the application ofcreative method and visualization technique is pointed out to be capable of acceleratingcreative course and enlightening creativity. Furthermore with emphasis being put onstudy of Function Design Creative Method and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,the guiding in thinking and operability in design of these two creative design methodsare indicated, concept design elements and creative design elements are taken out toform systematical and hierarchical process model of creative design. Throughsummarization and organization of function principle solutions and contradictionresolving principles, corresponding design rule and database are established inconsecution and hierarchy. Based on former study, the proposal is put forward thatdesign thinking, rule, and technique be combined organically, whose content andrelation be presented in visual form of varieties, with designers being the center andconcept creative design elements being the masterstroke, to set up a integratedvisualization aided environment. By means of effectively visually interaction, thedesigner can devote his mind to creative conceiving. As a result, a software prototype ofVisualization Aided Model for Product Concept Design is worked out, with cases tovalidate its practicability and effect.
