蓝波万维社区宽带网络计费系统设计与实现

【摘要】 本文主要讨论蓝波万维公司在社区宽带网络规划建设中遇到的关键问题—计费系统,对社区宽带网络的用户需求模型、计费原理、对单一资源的定价模型,进行了深入研究,对计费模型及蓝波万维社区宽带网络的需求进行了分析,在此基础上提出了蓝波万维社区宽带网的计费系统策略,并在蓝波万维社区宽带网的计费系统中实施。 论文研究了社区宽带网络的用户需求模型,对需求的多样性和价格的敏感度进行了实验的比较。同时对宽带计费的理论与实现进行了研究,在分析经济原理的基础上,分析了对单一资源的定价,构建了基于用量计费、拥塞费、固定费用的经济模型。并对现有的计费模型进行的分析比较。 在计费系统的设计上实现了蓝波万维社区宽带网络的计费系统。在系统设计中提出了一种基于用户需求和运营商利益的计费系统的实现方案。实践证实,该计费系统有较好的运行效果和经济价值。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly talks about the key problems, counting system, are encountered by Bluewave Network Company in the layout and construction of community broadband network. It further researches user demanding model of community broadband network, counting theory, and fix a price model of single resource. It analyzes the counting system model and demand of Bluewave Network community broadband network. On the base of above discuss, the counting system strategy of Bluewave Network community broadband network is put forward and implemented in counting system of Bluewave Network community broadband network.This paper researches the user demanding model of community broadband network, and experimenting compares the demanding diversity and pricing sensitivity. Simultaneity, researches broadband counting theory and implement, on the base of analyzing economic theory, analyzes the fix a price of single resource, constructs the economic model base on dosage counting, congestion counting, fix counting. And analyzes and compares the existed counting system model.It implements the counting system of Bluewave Network community broadband network on the design of counting system. It provides a project of counting system base on user demanding and provider’s benefits. It has been testified, this counting system has higher performing efficiency and higher economic value.
