髋臼骨折XU.R内固定装置的研制和生物力学评价

【摘要】 目的 通过髋臼骨折内固定稳定性的生物力学分析,为临床治疗方案提供更加可靠的固定方法,研制合理的、科学先进的髋臼骨折器械XU.R。 方法 采用8具成人骨盆-髋臼-股骨固定标本,应用生物力学实验应力分析方法,对髋臼后柱骨折及内固定稳定性进行系统生物力学性能测试,并对研制的内固定器械XU.R进行强度,刚度分析。 结果 ①髋臼后柱骨折采用新研制的弧形(直棒型),XU.R内固定装置固定后,其应变,强度,刚度,形变均优于传统的普通不锈钢接骨板,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);②固定的稳定性的要求,而且能满足材料的强度和刚度,其力学性能优越,安全,可靠,比传统重建钢板内固定更加牢固和坚强。塑形后,针道不受影响。 结论 髋臼骨折采用XU.R内固定装置后三维塑形好,操作简单,固定牢靠,可替代传统的重建钢板,可应用于临床。

【Abstract】 Objective Analyse through biomethanics of the stability of the internal-fixtation in the acetabulum fracture,in order to offer the most reliable fixed methods in clinic. Design the rational device XU.R in fracture ,with advanced science.Methods Adopt 8 adult pelvis-acetabulum-femur samples,using the biomethanics experiment ,stress analytical method,systematically test the posterior column fracture of acetabulum and the stability of the internal-fixation .The intensity ,rigidity of the internal-fixation XUR which has been developed were analysied.Results (1)The posterior column fracture of acetabulum has been fixed by the arc(straight) XURits emergency ,intensiry,rigidity is superior to the traditional ordinary stainless steel.Significent different have been found. (2)It is not only get the demanding of the stability of the internal-fixation in the acetabulum fracture,but also the intensity and rigidity of the material.Its mechanics performance is superior, safe,reliable,and more firmer and stronger.After plasty,one is not influenced in the needle.Conclusion The moulding shape of 3-dimension of XU.R is kind.It is simple to operate,firmly to fix,and can substitue the traditional reconstruction stencil plate, and can apply to clinic widly.
