PFC模块并联技术研究

【摘要】 模块化被公认为当今电源变换技术发展的重要趋势之一,多模块冗余并联运行方式是实现高可靠性、大功率电源系统的优选方案。本文着重研究PFC模块的并联及其均流控制技术。分析了Boost PFC变换器的工作原理,建立了基于平均电流控制的Boost PFC模块的仿真模型;提出了一种新颖的输入输出电流综合采样方法,可同时实现PFC控制和均流控制的电流采样;建立了并联系统的仿真模型;研究设计了基于平均电流法的并联控制方案及实现电路。 最后,设计完成了基于UC3854的300W Boost PFC变换器模块样机并构成并联系统,进行了单机和并联特性实验。样机实验结果表明,并联控制方案工作可靠、性能优良,工程上易于实现。

【Abstract】 Modulization is one of the directions in power electronics. Multi-module redundant parallel operation is a good solution to realize high reliability and large capacity of power system. The text studied emphatically the control technology and current sharing of the PFC modules. The operation principle of Boost PFC converter was analyzed; and the emulation model of Boost PFC module under the average current control was set up. A novel method to sample synthetically the input current and output current was put forward in the text. This can realize the current sampling for the control of PFC and current sharing at the same time. The emulation model of the parallel system was built too. Based on average current control, the control scheme and realization circuit of the parallel system was studied and designed.Finally, designed and finished the prototypes of the 300W Boost PFC module based on UC3854 and formed the parallel system. The characteristic experiment of stand-alone and paralleling system was carried on. The experimental result shows the control scheme of the paralleling of PFC module work reliable with good performance and is easy to realize in practice.
